1、I 長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響的實(shí)證研究 摘 要 金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心， 而金融集聚是金融發(fā)展的核心。 金融集聚通過規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)和范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)吸引金融資源的流入，促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融的發(fā)展；同時(shí)，通過集聚效應(yīng)和輻射效應(yīng)推動(dòng)周圍區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融的發(fā)展， 使得不同的地區(qū)出現(xiàn)明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距。因此，金融集聚是提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融競爭力的關(guān)鍵因素。 長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈作為世界六大城市群之一和我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)金融最發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū)之一，其海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展十分迅速，2010

2、 年長三角海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)總值占我國海洋生產(chǎn)總值的 32%。但環(huán)境和資源的約束逐漸突出，亟需轉(zhuǎn)變海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長模式，加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)調(diào)整。 因而如何充分發(fā)揮長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的效應(yīng)，增強(qiáng)未來海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的潛力和能力，顯得尤為重要。 本文旨在構(gòu)建金融集聚對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響的理論框架基礎(chǔ)上， 實(shí)證分析長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的支持效應(yīng)， 并進(jìn)一步分析長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)效應(yīng)， 深入挖掘長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈

3、金融集聚支持海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的現(xiàn)狀和不足， 進(jìn)而對發(fā)揮金融集聚促進(jìn)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的效應(yīng)提供參考意義。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下： 首先，文章在介紹金融集聚和海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)涵、金融集聚的動(dòng)因分析、金融集聚的條件分析和經(jīng)濟(jì)性質(zhì)分析等內(nèi)在機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上， 分析了金融集聚作用于海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的支持路徑， 并介紹了論文中運(yùn)用的模型和方法， 構(gòu)建了金融集聚對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響的理論框架。 其次， 從長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚水平現(xiàn)狀分析、 長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚水平的測度兩

4、個(gè)角度評(píng)價(jià)長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚水平。 長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚水平的測度是在評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的構(gòu)建原則基礎(chǔ)上，從金融規(guī)模、經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模、金融基礎(chǔ)和金融市場化四個(gè)目標(biāo)層 28 個(gè)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并運(yùn)用主成分分析法對金融集聚水平進(jìn)行測度。 然后， 運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。 在測算金融區(qū)位熵指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上， 進(jìn)行模型的單位根檢驗(yàn)和協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)以確定長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚和海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間是否存在存在均衡關(guān)系。 通過

9、velop its Marine economy rather rapidly, and its Marine economy GDP accounts about 32% of the total of China in 2010. However, the problems of environmental constraints and the limited resources have become increasingly

10、prominent, there is an urgent need to change the mode of economic growth and speed up the upgrading of the industrial structure, So it is particularly important to give full play to the financial agglomeration effect on

11、marine economic development, enhance the potential and ability of sustainable development of marine economy in the future. This paper aims to construct the framework of the effect of financial agglomeration on marine eco

12、nomic growth, on the basis of which analyses the effect of financial agglomeration of China's Yangtze River Delta economic circle on marine economic growth through empirical modeling. Then, deeply analyses the upgrad

13、ing effect of marine industrial structure of financial agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta economic circle on marine economy, finding the current situation and shortcomings of the support of financial agglomeration
