2、ginning to explore and sum up new approaches through the curriculum reform experiment. Many people are aware of the fact: work efficiency × time = work performance, and the new curriculum should be focused on classr
3、oom teaching practice. In order to let curriculum reform go fewer detours or no detours, we only have to play the power of collective lesson preparation, pool the wisdom of groups of teachers in order to improve the effe
4、ctiveness of classroom teaching and really enhance the quality of education and teaching, finally achieving the overall co-development of the individual and the school. Collective lesson planning is an effective teaching
5、 and research activity, based on individual careful preparation. It can collect the wisdom of everyone to solve the general teaching problems to ensure the purpose of teaching work in a planned manner. In the implementat
6、ion of the new courses today, it has become an important activity of schools' scientific research. “Collective preparation” is, by definition, that teachers sit down together to prepare lessons, brainstorming, discus
7、sing the teaching and learning methods. Collective preparation can make one learn from another, and its value lies in the fact that it can maximize the teaching effectiveness. As the saying goes, “Three Stooges surpass
8、Zhuge Liang”. The advantages of collective lesson planning:1. Collective lesson preparation can unify the teaching progress and gather the collective wisdom. After discussion, we can have a real understanding of teaching
9、 materials, have a more accurate cooperation and common growth. Collective preparation can lead to a collision of thinking and wisdom of us teachers and promote a fast development of the quality of individual teachers. A
