2、l operation. Study of maintenance efficiency could improve the working performance, reduce maintenance errors, and achieve safe maintenance. In this paper, key technologies of maintenance efficiency are deeply studied, a
3、nd corresponding indexing and method system are established to support maintainability design. The requirements of maintenance efficiency in existing standards and manuals are studied. The generation of index system whic
4、h including parameters selection, determination of indices and factors of index system is studied. Maintenance efficiency of civil aircraft is proposed. Analysis method of the relationship among the indices based on grap
5、h theory is described. Evaluation method of maintenance efficiency is studied roundly. For the index system which includes human factors, environmental factors, maintenance tasks, and human-machine interface four parts,
6、evaluation methods of each index are studied. Comprehensive evaluation method of maintenance efficiency based on improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is developed. Human model of maintenance personnel in china is buil
7、t with manikin attribute tools provided by DELMIA. Based on DELMIA platform and Virtual Simulation Technology, the digital model of an understudied cockpit is used as a maintenance process virtual simulation and analysis
