2、16 年 6 月 5 日 Abstract Shao Xunmei, who has a deep effection of thought of aestheticism and decadence in western literature. The effection has shown in his literature works and the publications. Since 1980s,the research o

3、f his literature works has been started in overseas sinological study area. However,the attentive problem always focus on his poems and publication career. And we lack of the observation on his covert of western literatu

4、re concepts. What’s more, the comprehension of humor, which Shao Xunmei always talking about , just study on the surface. This paper is mainly divided into three parts: tidy up the foreign influence line which Shao Xunme

5、i learned from; the pattern of foreign influence and convert the spirit in Chinese writing; the explanation of “humor” and then used this concept in literary works and publ ication c areer. Except poems, Shao Xunmei

6、 left lots of works with different literature genre, such as reading records, literature comment, writer essays and novels. From these works we can have the whole view of a intellectual who live in Shanghai,China,1930s.

7、Shao Xunmei practiced his publication career with the thought of aestheticism and decadence in his whole life. Publish just for literature. He was the editor-in-chief of an old magazine which called LUNYU. This magazine

8、can show his taste of aestheticism and humor. When we consider about the study of Shao Xunmei’s novels, it means we not study them enough and this paper will solve this problem. According to Chen Zishan, who thought that

9、 Shao Xunmei showed a different aspect of 1930s, and even wrote a different kind of novel which we called it “gambler novel”. The achievement of novel was the comprehensive ability of Shao Xunmei. Even though the quantit
