The appli
2、cation of Image animation in new media reflects the new media-based characteristics of new features, new audio-visual art forms and new social functions. The study on the application of video animation is not only the th
3、e demand of video animation art itself, but also the needs of the new media age. In this paper, the development vision is used for examing the video animation in new media era. It aims at expolring the changes of vedio a
4、nimation in the new media age, with reference to related theoretical results of communication, receptive esthetics and image animation theory, while analyzes the changes of performance characteristics, mode of transmissi
5、on, audience, and audio-visual forms, which highlights the features of the vedio animation used in the new media. The main contents are as follows: The first part, it discusses the development situation of new media and
6、 video animation vector, combined with the features of new media and vedio animation, to get the final conclusion that new media and video animation are interdependence to each other to get a common development. The seco
7、nd part, based on the understanding of new media features, combined the advantages of the spread of video animation, it explores the new features of the vedio animation presented in the new media. The third part, from th
8、e perspective of the difference from the traditional form of animation, it describs the application of the visual elements in the use of new media. The fourth part, it deals with the features of voice element from the pe
9、rspective of the relationship between sound and picture and emotional expression. The fifth part, it proposes the individual thought on the application of the vedio animation from the socail point and creative ideas, res
10、pectively. Paper targets: At present, China is lack of study on the application of video animation in the new media. Theoretical innovation can not satisfy the needs of the public and the market. This topic examines the
