3、.Scope1.1ThistestmethoddescribesthedeterminationofthemodeIIinterlaminarfracturetoughnessGIIcofunidirectionalfiberreinfcedpolymermatrixcompositelaminatesundermodeIIshearloadingusingtheendnotchedflexure(ENF)test(Fig.1).1.2
4、Thismethodislimitedtousewithcompositesconsistingofunidirectionalcarbonfiberglassfiberreinfcedlaminates.Thislimitedscopereflectstheexperiencegainedinroundrobintesting.Thistestmethodmayproveusefulfothertypesclassesofcompos
5、itematerialshowevercertaininterferenceshavebeennoted(seeSection6).1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsinchpoundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalentstherefeeachsystemshallb
