4、emomentsAmericahascarriedonnotsimplybecauseoftheskillvisionofthoseinhighofficebutbecauseWethePeoplehaveremainedfaithfultotheidealsofourfebearerstruetoourfoundingdocuments.Soithasbeen.SoitmustbewiththisgenerationofAmerica

12、altrustbetweenapeopletheirgovernment.Nisthequestionbefeuswhetherthemarketisafcefgoodill.Itspowertogeneratewealthexpfreedomisunmatchedbutthiscrisishasremindedusthatwithoutawatchfuleyethemarketcanspinoutofcontrolthatanatio

13、ncannotprosperlongwhenitfavsonlytheprosperous.Thesuccessofoureconomyhasalwaysdependednotjustonthesizeofourgrossdomesticproductbutonthereachofourprosperityonourabilitytoextendopptunitytoeverywillingheartnotoutofitybutbeca
