6、onscanrangefromfmalarrangements(e.g.constitutionalprovisionsstatutesjudicialrulings)toinfmalnmscustomsregardingtheallocationuseofassets.Theseinstitutionsassignownershiptovaluableassetsdesignatewhobearstherewardscostsofre
