8、;<p><b>  摘要</b></p><p>  當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和社會(huì)環(huán)境的改善導(dǎo)致中學(xué)生思想政治教育的宏觀環(huán)境和微觀環(huán)境都發(fā)生了巨大變化,現(xiàn)代中學(xué)生呈現(xiàn)了獨(dú)立性、敏感性、超前性、現(xiàn)實(shí)性等新特點(diǎn)。本文論述了現(xiàn)代中學(xué)生思想政治教育存在的主要問題,以及提出了解決中學(xué)生思想政治教育主要問題的有效辦法。</p><p> 

9、 關(guān)鍵詞:中學(xué)生  思想政治教育   對(duì)策</p><p><b>  一、引言 </b></p><p>  中學(xué)思想政治教育是對(duì)青少年系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行思想政治教育、馬列主義主義常識(shí)教育、中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論教育的必修課程。而思想政治教育的對(duì)象是人,進(jìn)行思想政治教育就是要培養(yǎng)人們具有正確的人生觀、世界觀、價(jià)值觀。同時(shí),思想政治教育也

10、是促進(jìn)青少年德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)和精神支柱。而要做到這一點(diǎn),就必須正確認(rèn)識(shí)和分析教育對(duì)象的思想特點(diǎn)以及在教育過程中存在什么問題并根據(jù)對(duì)象的思想特點(diǎn)開展有實(shí)效性的教育工作,這在當(dāng)前環(huán)境下具有深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論意義。 </p><p>  二、現(xiàn)代中學(xué)生思想政治教育存在的問題   </p><p>  首先在教育教學(xué)過程中老一套的教育教學(xué)模式滯后,使

11、中學(xué)生的思想政治教育常常受到挫折,教育教學(xué)效果令人大跌眼鏡。其主要表現(xiàn)為:</p><p>  1、教育模式固化,中學(xué)生積極性不高</p><p>  長(zhǎng)期以來,青年思想政治教育中不同程度存在:強(qiáng)制灌輸“宏大敘事”話語(yǔ)體系,忽視從需要中找到與之相一致的契合點(diǎn);“我講你聽”、“我打你通”,缺乏互動(dòng);忽視學(xué)生自身實(shí)踐體驗(yàn),把“掌握”等同“認(rèn)同”;把終極目標(biāo)作為起點(diǎn),忽視學(xué)生個(gè)體差異性。用單一固

12、化的傳統(tǒng)說課教學(xué)方式對(duì)中學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想知識(shí)灌輸,以灌輸式的教育方式傳授政治信仰和思想觀念。思想政治課、班會(huì)、升旗儀式成為例行公事。這種方式的思想政治教育沒能做到貼近學(xué)生、貼近生活、貼近實(shí)際,脫離中學(xué)生實(shí)際需求的思想政治教育易使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生排斥心理和抵觸情緒。</p><p>  2、教學(xué)內(nèi)容滯后,理論學(xué)習(xí)缺乏系統(tǒng)性</p><p>  隨著思想意識(shí)形態(tài)的多元化,當(dāng)前中學(xué)生思想政治教育往往以思想政

13、治課教材為教學(xué)藍(lán)本,教育活動(dòng)與學(xué)生生活世界隔離,有意無意回避現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,造成學(xué)校與社會(huì)的反差,形成滿足需要的假象;難以與豐富多彩的社會(huì)生活相適應(yīng)。滯后的思想政治教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容難以與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地對(duì)當(dāng)前社會(huì)意識(shí)形態(tài)流變給予針對(duì)性的解答,不足以解釋復(fù)雜多變的社會(huì)現(xiàn)象。滯后的教學(xué)內(nèi)容導(dǎo)致思想政治教育的理論學(xué)習(xí)不成體系,使學(xué)生難以認(rèn)同施教者的價(jià)值觀念和說教內(nèi)容。</p><p>  3、教育方式單一,忽視學(xué)生主體性差異</p

14、><p>  心理學(xué)研究表明,需要是行為的根本動(dòng)因,沒有人的需要就不可能形成人的主觀動(dòng)機(jī),也就不可能有人的積極行為。我國(guó)提倡以學(xué)生發(fā)展為本、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新能力和實(shí)踐能力為目的的素質(zhì)教育。但是,當(dāng)前中學(xué)生思想政治教育的方式仍以單一課堂教育方式為主。千差萬(wàn)別的學(xué)生個(gè)體對(duì)思想政治教育的認(rèn)知囿于知識(shí)層面,將之當(dāng)成一門考試科目,而不是以思想政治教育指導(dǎo)生活和學(xué)習(xí)。這些都有礙于中學(xué)生完善知識(shí)體系、拓展技能,不利于其養(yǎng)成正確思想觀念和良

15、好道德品質(zhì)。</p><p>  4、缺乏家校溝通,德育師資力量不健全</p><p>  學(xué)校教育和家庭監(jiān)督的分離或合作不夠。現(xiàn)代中學(xué)學(xué)生尤其是農(nóng)村的中學(xué)生很多都是留守兒童,家庭教育基本為零,因此導(dǎo)致中學(xué)生言行表現(xiàn)、思想動(dòng)態(tài)在學(xué)校和家庭表現(xiàn)出巨大的反差,甚至很多學(xué)生把在家里的不良習(xí)慣帶到學(xué)校,我行我素,導(dǎo)致思想政治教育難以常態(tài)化持續(xù)進(jìn)行。同時(shí),中學(xué)思想政治教育往往過分地依賴于班主任,班會(huì)

16、形式的教育模式導(dǎo)致思想政治教育形式化,專業(yè)化、專家化的思想政治教育隊(duì)伍亟待建設(shè)。        </p><p>  5、弱化心理教育,心理疏導(dǎo)仍存在盲區(qū)</p><p>  現(xiàn)實(shí)中,思想政治教育基本上由教育者預(yù)先安排、統(tǒng)籌包辦,學(xué)生難以自主參與。人的思想政治教育需要是“融求知需要、求證需要和自我實(shí)現(xiàn)需要于一體

17、的一種需要”。在校青年又都具有“青年意識(shí)與行為的未定性與二重性”的明顯特點(diǎn).計(jì)劃性的思想教育對(duì)流變性的中學(xué)生心理健康教育顯得捉襟見肘。同時(shí),受教育者諱疾忌醫(yī)的心態(tài),使得教育者面臨著無的放矢的工作困境。中學(xué)生心理疏導(dǎo)缺乏相應(yīng)的渠道,難以通過有效的渠道去宣泄心情、取悅自己。心理負(fù)擔(dān)日益加重,使得中學(xué)生思想政治教育步履維艱。</p><p>  其次經(jīng)過大量數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):中學(xué)生自身也存在著一些問題,須引起足夠的重

18、視。</p><p>  6、對(duì)道德判斷存在偏頗。有40%的中學(xué)生認(rèn)為目前社會(huì)的道德生活是假惡丑多于真善美,而認(rèn)為真善美多于丑惡的僅占12%。有52%的中學(xué)生贊同“現(xiàn)在很多事情使人說不清楚是好是壞,不知道如何才好”這一說法。中學(xué)生的社會(huì)道德觀需要積極的引導(dǎo)。 </p><p>  7、自我中心較為突出,行為選擇更趨實(shí)際。如在處理人際關(guān)系的原則中,65%的中學(xué)生選擇“兩方面兼顧,既

19、利己又不損人”。 主張奉獻(xiàn)與索取并重,提出“等價(jià)交換合情合理”等主張。還有一小部分學(xué)生自私自利行為普遍,不善合作,對(duì)他人的痛苦和不幸視而不見;在學(xué)習(xí)的目的中,以自我發(fā)展為目的的選擇竟占了50%左右!</p><p>  8、中學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)校思想政治教育的滿意程度較低,滿意率僅占43%,不到一半。這說明學(xué)校的思想政治教育不適應(yīng)學(xué)生的狀況,達(dá)不到學(xué)生的要求,沒有達(dá)到預(yù)期的目的,有待改進(jìn)和提高。 <

20、;/p><p>  三、解決現(xiàn)代中學(xué)生思想政治教育有關(guān)問題的有效辦法     1、齊抓共管,營(yíng)造和諧教學(xué)氛圍        </p><p>  目前,中學(xué)生思想政治教育與整個(gè)社會(huì)外部環(huán)境聯(lián)系密切。 中學(xué)生德育教育不是短時(shí)間能完成的,也不是單靠某一方面的

21、力量完成的,它需要多方面的相互配合。江澤民同志指出:“加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)教育工作,不只是學(xué)校和教育部門的事,家庭、社會(huì)各個(gè)方面都要一起來關(guān)心和支持”。支持他們?yōu)榧訌?qiáng)和改進(jìn)青少年思想道德建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、生活、娛樂越來越依賴于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和外部社會(huì),不再局限于校園環(huán)境。同時(shí),家庭因素在很大程度上影響著學(xué)校思想政治教育的效果?!案改甘呛⒆幼詈玫睦蠋煛?,中學(xué)生思想政治教育的效果與父母的影響密切相關(guān)。以學(xué)校為主導(dǎo),建立開放式的學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三者結(jié)

22、合的思想政治教育體系,營(yíng)造人人關(guān)心中學(xué)生思想政治教育的良好氛圍。學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)相互合作,將學(xué)校的課堂教育、家庭的輔助教育、社會(huì)的實(shí)踐教育有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來,形成德育教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)。從提高中學(xué)生思想覺悟和道德修養(yǎng)的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),拓展教學(xué)內(nèi)容,轉(zhuǎn)變單一的教育模式,從中學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)1+1+1>3的教育效果。 </p><p>  2、拓寬思想政治教育的渠道與換位思考相結(jié)合</p><p>  首先,進(jìn)一步修

23、訂和完善中學(xué)生《守則》和日常行為規(guī)范。對(duì)中學(xué)生重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)愛祖國(guó)、愛人民、愛勞動(dòng)、愛科學(xué)、愛社會(huì)主義教育,引導(dǎo)他們樹立正確的理想信念和世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀。其次,完善中學(xué)思想政治課的教學(xué)工作。中學(xué)思想政治課是對(duì)中學(xué)生進(jìn)行公民品德教育必修課程,是幫助學(xué)生確立正確的政治方向,樹立科學(xué)的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀,形成良好道德品質(zhì)的主要途徑。同時(shí)思想政治課教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)是學(xué)校德育工作的主導(dǎo)渠道,其教學(xué)模式及效果是影響德育實(shí)際效果的一個(gè)主要因素。政治課

24、教師積極探索并構(gòu)建新的教學(xué)模式,努力增強(qiáng)政治課德育的實(shí)效性。 以人為本,積極轉(zhuǎn)變教育理念,著眼于中學(xué)生的思想實(shí)際,尊重學(xué)生的主體性差異。堅(jiān)持以人為本,從換位思考的角度出發(fā),尊重中學(xué)生的思想需要。從高位思考角度出發(fā),在思想政治教育過程中多與中學(xué)生交流、溝通、討論,打開他們的思想世界。在思想政治教育實(shí)踐中,努力做到貼近學(xué)生、貼近生活、貼近實(shí)際。同時(shí),從以人為本的理念出發(fā),堅(jiān)持將繼承優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和改革創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合,采取創(chuàng)新性的手段和措施來

25、搞好思想政治工作,使中學(xué)思想政治教育工作形成長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,逐步走上和諧發(fā)展的軌道。</p><p>  3、教學(xué)相長(zhǎng),發(fā)揮實(shí)踐育人的作用</p><p>  在學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的大背景下,中學(xué)生思想政治教育工作者更要認(rèn)清“聞道有先后,術(shù)業(yè)有專攻”的教學(xué)現(xiàn)實(shí),與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地吸納包含時(shí)代內(nèi)涵的新知識(shí),為中學(xué)生的思想注入豐富的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵,發(fā)揮他們的創(chuàng)造性和積極性。在與學(xué)生溝通交流過程中,通過交互的探討不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)自

26、身存在的不足,針對(duì)性的提升自身的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。一方面,首先要發(fā)揮實(shí)踐育人的作用。良好道德的養(yǎng)成、正確信念的確立僅僅靠知識(shí)的灌輸和理念的教授是不能完成的,沒有親身經(jīng)歷和真實(shí)感受的體驗(yàn)環(huán)節(jié),沒有符合青少年特點(diǎn)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),無法達(dá)到預(yù)期的教育效果。實(shí)踐育人是共青團(tuán)、少先隊(duì)組織的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)。要廣泛深入開展道德實(shí)踐活動(dòng),引導(dǎo)廣大青少年在家庭生活、學(xué)校生活、社會(huì)生活和大自然中,通過親身經(jīng)歷和真實(shí)感受,明白做人做事的道理,養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣。因此,

27、教師要身先垂范,提高自身思想政治素質(zhì)。通過不斷加強(qiáng)自身的思想政治學(xué)習(xí),樹立思想政治教育的先鋒模范。另一方面,教師要勇于進(jìn)取,增強(qiáng)自身的使命感。在教學(xué)過程中,把思想教育放在教學(xué)的重要位置。通過言傳身教,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行人生觀教育、法制教育、感恩教育和愛國(guó)主義教育,拓展思想政治教育的知識(shí)性、思想性和教育性。</p><p>  4、因勢(shì)利導(dǎo),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生教育與自我教育相結(jié)合</p><p>  教育和自

28、我教育相結(jié)合,既符合現(xiàn)代教育理論,又貼近學(xué)生的實(shí)際,有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。人是教育的起點(diǎn)和歸宿,教育最終要解決的是人的發(fā)展問題。我國(guó)教育家葉圣陶說:“教育的目的是為了達(dá)到不教育?!鼻疤K聯(lián)教育家蘇霍姆林斯基在《給教師的建議》中也說:“只有能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生進(jìn)行自我教育的教育才是真正的教育?!逼鋵?shí)質(zhì)是在承認(rèn)任何教育的最終途徑都是通過“自我教育”的基礎(chǔ)上,在教育中巧妙地把對(duì)學(xué)生的教育變成其內(nèi)在“自我教育”的需要,實(shí)現(xiàn)主體自我教育為主體所接受,教

29、育的目的才得以實(shí)現(xiàn),教育的價(jià)值才得以體現(xiàn)。中學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力和創(chuàng)新精神,需要教師予以適當(dāng)?shù)慕逃⒓?lì)、喚醒和鼓舞,發(fā)揮中學(xué)生的聰明才智最直接的辦法就是挖掘中學(xué)生自我教育、自我管理、自我服務(wù)的能力。結(jié)合時(shí)政發(fā)展,讓中學(xué)生在自我教育實(shí)踐中將思想政治知識(shí)內(nèi)化為群體智慧。通過創(chuàng)新中學(xué)生學(xué)生組織,使中學(xué)生站在更好的角度審視自我、激勵(lì)自我,在自我教育和引導(dǎo)中發(fā)揮自己的創(chuàng)新精神,拓展自我的實(shí)踐能力。并通過切身實(shí)踐讓中學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)自我在思想政治教育方面的不足

30、,認(rèn)識(shí)到思想政治教育方向性的意義,從而讓中學(xué)生在自我教育實(shí)踐中見賢思齊,積極、主動(dòng)地提升自我思想政治覺悟。</p><p>  5、多渠道多形式開展感恩教育</p><p>  開展感恩教育要從認(rèn)知層面、情感層面、實(shí)踐層面,通過行之有效的措施對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行識(shí)恩、知恩、感恩的教育,使學(xué)生知恩于心,報(bào)恩于行。加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代中學(xué)生感恩教育,學(xué)生是主體。感恩需要教育的導(dǎo)引和環(huán)境的影響,使受教育者形成一種感恩

31、的心態(tài)、品質(zhì)和責(zé)任,進(jìn)而外顯為感恩的行為。 </p><p>  首先,感恩教育不要好高務(wù)遠(yuǎn),提倡中學(xué)生要做“小事”,從主動(dòng)擦黑板,清掃寢室,節(jié)儉樸素,尊重老師,關(guān)心理解父母等實(shí)在小事做起,著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的感恩意識(shí),使他們“吃水不忘掘井人”。切實(shí)加強(qiáng)中學(xué)生的思想教育工作,提高學(xué)生的思想道德水平,開展豐富多彩的感恩教育活動(dòng),提升中學(xué)生感恩意識(shí),營(yíng)造有利于學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的良好氛圍。 </p><p&g

32、t;  其次,用多方位的、多形式的、多場(chǎng)合的正面教育、事跡感染和氛圍影響。如:開展感恩專題教育;組織特色感恩活動(dòng);開設(shè)情感教育課或?qū)n},開通心理情感熱線;搞好特定節(jié)日的感恩教育等。讓學(xué)生知恩在心,感恩重行,使其能用實(shí)際行動(dòng)來報(bào)答父母,回報(bào)師長(zhǎng),報(bào)效祖國(guó)。</p><p>  另外,教育者要注意言傳身教。家長(zhǎng)、教師在教育過程中應(yīng)做到用高尚的人格魅力和積極的行動(dòng)教育影響學(xué)生,“知是行之始,行是知之成”,教育者要積極引

33、導(dǎo),教育學(xué)生將感恩意識(shí)化為行動(dòng)。在感恩教育實(shí)踐中要注重強(qiáng)調(diào)感恩教育的科學(xué)性。重視感恩教育的開放性,提高家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)校、社會(huì)的整合力度。遵循感恩教育的規(guī)律性,及時(shí)了解教育對(duì)象的特點(diǎn)。尊重感恩教育的平等性,時(shí)時(shí)刻刻做到尊重學(xué)生,一視同仁,要求教育者做到“尊重人、關(guān)心人、理解人。注重感恩教育的實(shí)效性,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)學(xué)生思想道德建設(shè),堅(jiān)持貼近實(shí)際、貼近生活、貼近學(xué)生的原則。 </p><p>  6、明確方向,致力學(xué)生

34、全面發(fā)展</p><p>  中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義教育事業(yè)的根本目的是為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人。但是,中學(xué)生思想政治教育的一個(gè)重要任務(wù)就是要塑造學(xué)生個(gè)體健全的人格,使其形成崇高豐富的精神境界,健康良好的心理品質(zhì),從而促進(jìn)中學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。需要指出的是,中學(xué)思想政治教育是學(xué)生個(gè)體價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的過程,同時(shí)也要關(guān)注中學(xué)生的心理健康教育,通過情感引導(dǎo),道德啟發(fā),讓中學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)到中學(xué)教育的目的是幫助他們實(shí)
