94、振動(dòng)軸承,振動(dòng)馬達(dá),行走支撐,軸承座,梅花板,左右連接支架等組成。</p><p> 一 振動(dòng)輪體 振動(dòng)輪直徑為1600mm,輪寬2170mm。振動(dòng)輪滾動(dòng)壓實(shí)面的光滑,一致的輪壁厚,可以保證壓實(shí)效果的均衡,在人行道的壓實(shí)以及固體的靜壓實(shí)中有較好的效果。振動(dòng)軸承,偏心軸,調(diào)幅裝置,629號(hào)齒輪油都安裝在振動(dòng)輪體的密封空腔中。</p><p> 二 偏心軸 偏心軸振動(dòng)發(fā)生器,機(jī)械振動(dòng)是由振
95、動(dòng)馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)偏心軸以高速旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的。偏心軸與振動(dòng)馬達(dá)連接產(chǎn)生的一種結(jié)果就是旋轉(zhuǎn)會(huì)改變振動(dòng)馬達(dá)的振幅。</p><p> 三 調(diào)幅裝置 調(diào)幅裝置安裝在偏心軸上,充當(dāng)著調(diào)幅的角色。通過(guò)改變調(diào)幅塊和調(diào)幅裝置整體的位置來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)幅的目的。調(diào)幅裝置是圓柱形焊接結(jié)構(gòu)。</p><p> 四 減振塊 為了減輕振動(dòng)對(duì)機(jī)架的影響,在振動(dòng)輪和前車架之間安裝有橡膠減振塊。</p><p>
96、; 五 振動(dòng)輪驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)和減速器 振動(dòng)輪驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá),減速器和車架一起固定于前車架上,減速器的輸出盤連接在梅花板上,動(dòng)力由馬達(dá)輸出傳到減速器,再傳到梅花板,梅花板再傳到振動(dòng)輪,驅(qū)動(dòng)振動(dòng)輪旋轉(zhuǎn)。</p><p> 六 偏心軸兩端由振動(dòng)軸承支撐在軸承座上,振動(dòng)馬達(dá)通過(guò)行使支撐組支撐在又軸承座上。振動(dòng)軸承采用瑞典skf軸承或者德國(guó)fag軸承。行走支撐組件為免維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)。</p><p><b&
97、gt; 第六節(jié) 轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)</b></p><p> 轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)向采用鉸接轉(zhuǎn)向,主要由轉(zhuǎn)向齒輪泵、液壓轉(zhuǎn)向齒輪、兩個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)向油缸,油壓管等部件組成。液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)安裝在后車架上,通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)向油缸控制車輛轉(zhuǎn)向。</p><p><b> 第七節(jié) 剎車系統(tǒng)</b></p><p> 剎車系統(tǒng)以確保壓路機(jī)在工作和行走時(shí)的安全,YZ18C型壓路
98、機(jī)裝配有行車制動(dòng),停車制動(dòng)和緊急制動(dòng)三種。</p><p> 一 行車制動(dòng) 行車制動(dòng)依靠液壓制動(dòng)。通過(guò)扳動(dòng)操縱桿實(shí)現(xiàn)液壓制動(dòng)。操縱桿控制的控制閥門歸位,馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)泵提供動(dòng)能為零,壓路機(jī)停止前進(jìn)。</p><p> 二 停車制動(dòng)和緊急制動(dòng) 當(dāng)壓路機(jī)在行駛或者工作時(shí),后橋和前驅(qū)動(dòng)減速器閥門與常閉式制動(dòng)片都開(kāi)啟,不起制動(dòng)作用。當(dāng)壓路機(jī)停止時(shí),制動(dòng)片依靠制動(dòng)彈簧鎖緊,處于制動(dòng)狀態(tài)。當(dāng)緊急制動(dòng)按鈕
99、按下后,驅(qū)動(dòng)泵斜盤直接歸零并且液壓制動(dòng);與此同時(shí),齒輪箱和后橋制動(dòng)也立刻起到前期制動(dòng)效果。</p><p> 后記:當(dāng)情況緊急不得不采用緊急制動(dòng)的時(shí)候,尤其是在高速行駛的時(shí)候。</p><p><b> 第八節(jié) 車架</b></p><p> 車架是由中心車架,鉸接車架和前車架三部分組成的。這三部分組合成一個(gè)整體共同支撐著機(jī)器的上部結(jié)構(gòu)。
100、</p><p> 一 前車架由刮泥板總成、前框板、后框板、兩塊側(cè)板等組成。它的主要功用是支撐振動(dòng) 輪總成。前車架為典型的方框結(jié)構(gòu),采用高強(qiáng)度鋼板組合而成,具有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度抵 抗壓路機(jī)工作時(shí)的強(qiáng)沖擊力和扭矩。刮泥板用以刮下粘在振動(dòng)輪上的泥土。刮泥板前端與 振動(dòng)輪外圓表面的間隙可以調(diào)節(jié)。</p><p><b> 二 后車架</b></p><
101、;p> 后車架由燃油箱、防滾翻保護(hù)架、液壓油箱、液壓油箱支架、覆蓋件、框架等組成。后車架最主要的作用是支撐發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和駕駛室,固定后車橋。后車架為一長(zhǎng)方形狀,前面是和中心鉸接架連接的立軸和擋板,后面是燃油箱總成,中間是槽鋼架。為了保證其強(qiáng)度,薄弱部位采用加強(qiáng)肋加強(qiáng),而且槽鋼用封板封成箱型梁結(jié)構(gòu)。螺栓和后橋總成剛性連接底部后橋支板。為了減小振動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的影響,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和后車架之間設(shè)有彈性減震塊,同時(shí)又可方便將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)整到水平位置。</
