2、VERPASS ABSTRACT External prestressing technology of steel-concrete composite girder bridge was applied in Jingshan railway overpass. There exist many difficulties and problems in its design and construction process. How
3、ever, external prestressing technology is still at the initial stage in our country. It is necessary to research the problems in design theory and construction technology. Combined with the practical situation of the bri
4、dge, studies have been carried out on the design theory and construction technology of external prestressing of steel-concrete composite beams in this dissertation. Firstly the design method of external prestressing has
5、been studied. The stress distribution of steel box beam has been improved obviously after the application of external prestressing. The integral rigidity has increased, and the deflection under load action has decreased.
6、 And the thickness of bottom plate of steel box beam can be decrease and the following economizing consumption of steel material can reduce project cost. Secondly tension technology of external prestressing has been stud
7、ied. Test should be done to ensure smooth implementation during tension. Moreover the traditional grouting technology has been improved. Vacuum aid grouting technology has been applied in prestressed duct construction to
