2、 of capital income, such as acquiring rental by renting land using right, gaining stock dividend by becoming a shareholder of land using right. The capitalization of using right of rural land
3、 also means that land using right enters market to transact, changing from the form of right into the form of value, becoming capital. The capitalization of using right of rural land is the
4、necessary choice of our socialist market economy, making land、capital、labour flow freely, arranging resource well, building land markets through city and countryside, achieving the same land with
5、the same right and the same price. The capitalization of using right of rural land can realize the scale managing of rural land, binging about agricultural industrialization and modernization,
6、achieving rural industrialization, causing village to become city, benefiting the overall development of city and rural area. The capitalization of using right of rural land can also prevent the
7、 expropriating system of land from violating the right of peasants, increasing property income of peasants, being good to enlarging domestic demand, altering our increasing way of wasting land.
8、The article study the cost and income of the supplier of the capitzalization of using right of rural land, analyzing the factors affecting the cost and income of the supplier. The article al
9、so sdudy the cost and income of the demander of the capitalization of using right of rural land, analyzing the factors affecting the cost and income of the demander. The article believes that
10、 although the supplier of land usage right gains income after selling out land usage right he faces the cost of searching jobs and starting undertaking. As a rational economizer, the supplier
11、 must compare the cost and income to decide whether to sell land usage right or not. The demander of using right of land throw large quantity of fund into land, and put new technique、new
12、breed and new machine into land. As a reasonable economizer, the demander would consider if the income of agriculture can compensate the cost. Because the gain of farming is uncertain facing
13、huge natural risk and market risk, the demander must have excellent technique of avoiding risk. The demander decide whether to buy using right of land after comparing the cost and income. The
14、essay prove the feasibility of the capitalization of using right of land in our village by analyzing the cost and income of the supplier and demander of the capitalization of using right of
