4、elopment, which provides a fertile soil for the development of IT enterprises in China. However, China IT industry is also in the process of rapid development of constantly brewing industry risk. The number of enterprise
5、s grows,, so all the company's future development space is restricted. Sooner or later, the economic development rules will make IT industry storm outbreak, allowing the real high-quality enterprises bigger and stron
6、ger, and the ones which can’t adapt will merger or eliminated. To survive in the market, enterprises must develop its talent advantage, and innovation to enhance the enterprise's comprehensive strength and profitabil
7、ity, which requires enterprises to have a scientific and effective incentive mechanism for employees, to stimulate their maximum potential, ensure the enterprises with continuous development momentum. YDXX Company was e
8、stablished in 2006, its main business is to provide professional and comprehensive IT solutions to other company. This industry belongs to the emerging high-tech industry, and also the knowledge intensive industry, so th
9、e demand for employees high academic degrees and also professional skill. YDXX stern employs nearly three thousand people, the number is still rising, but in fact these staffs are mot the core talent of the company. YDXX
10、 Company needs to concentrate on how to improve the effective means and method of incentive to stimulate the potential of the staff to create more profit and value for the company. This article bases on human resource ma
11、nagement theory and knowledge, through the analysis and research on incentive cases occurred in YDXX Company, finally find the main causes of the failure of staff motivation, which includes uncompetitive salary, unattrac
12、tive employee occupation career development, limited influence of corporate culture and non-executable employee training. In view of the above problems, and combined with the actual situation of human resource management
13、 of YDXX Company, the article formulates a set of feasible incentive schemes and strategies for YDXX Company to help them solve the low efficiency YDXX employees incentive problems. This article can not only solve the pe
