3、lment policy researching is the basic and central problem. Using the theories and methods in education policy to make value analysis about nearly enrollment policy and giving some advice to improve the nearly enrollmen
4、t policy, the research is made up of four parts: Chapter1:Preface.This part mainly talks about the origin, purpose, literature used, meaning and methods concerning the research. Chapter2: Concept research on the nearly e
5、nrollment policy. Elaborate some concepts including the nearby enrollment, education policy, the nearby enrollment policy, the value analysis of the nearby enrollment policy in order to reveal the essential character of
6、the concepts and found a logic basis for the value analysis of nearby enrollment policy Chapter3: The standard construction of the nearly enrollment policy. Through the theory and fact analysis, the study of this part is
