2、,為國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)該種清雪車提供了完整技術(shù)資料。本文首先對(duì)道路上的壓實(shí)積雪的物理機(jī)械性能進(jìn)行分析研究,并查閱參考了目前的國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)該設(shè)備的大量資料,在已有成果的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新,這些資料為本文設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算提供了重要的理論依據(jù)。在分析大型旋轉(zhuǎn)式除雪機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)單位清雪分塊承擔(dān)的特點(diǎn),本文對(duì)小型螺旋旋轉(zhuǎn)式清雪車進(jìn)行了深入分析,并進(jìn)行了完善,設(shè)計(jì)了此種清雪設(shè)備。通過(guò)對(duì)已有小型清雪設(shè)備的分析研究,表明現(xiàn)有設(shè)備能實(shí)現(xiàn)基本

3、的集雪、運(yùn)雪和拋雪功能。但尚存在操作不方便,清雪效率不高等缺點(diǎn)。根據(jù)已有的理論研究基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)目前已有機(jī)械的不足,本文設(shè)計(jì)了帶有拋雪葉輪、加有內(nèi)置蝸桿傳動(dòng)和螺旋狀集雪攪龍裝置的清雪車,確定了其主要參數(shù),傳動(dòng)方案和結(jié)構(gòu)形式。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)充分考慮了各種因素,對(duì)其中的關(guān)鍵部件—拋雪輪進(jìn)行了有限元分析,并應(yīng)用人機(jī)工程學(xué)原理,可對(duì)扶手高度進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),使操作更加舒適方便。提出了一整套實(shí)用結(jié)構(gòu),使得該機(jī)型大小適中,操作方便,外表美觀。本文在設(shè)計(jì)和繪圖中,采用先

11、ng to the foundation of the academic researches nowadays, contraposing the deficiency of mini Snow-blower , we devise a type of mini Snow-blower which with impeller, worm inside and twist collect equipment. Mostly par
