4、 of expanding auto enterprises profit margins and promoting their own competitiveness. Firstly, the operation way and characteristics of supply chain has been analyzed. Then, the significance of cost control has been po

5、inted out. Meanwhile, each component of the functions and the characteristics of supply chain have been discussed. Secondly, through comparison and analysis the respective features of the traditional purchasing and purch

6、asing in supply chain environment from three aspects which are the mode of operation, cost control and relations between suppliers, the purchasing mode in supply chain has been thought to be more advantageous to effectiv

7、ely control and reduce parts purchasing cost. Thirdly, the cost control strategy has been analyzed and proposed from two aspects which are the flow and cost structure. Among them, the cost calculation model which based o
