2、e of WTO. Tobacco industry in China willencounter from severer competitions in wider fields and access to a new stage in theconditions of buyer’ s market form, motherland market internationalization and theFramework Conv
3、ention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) validation. Tobacco Industry inHenan Province (TIHP) also faces the similar opportunities and challenges. In order todominate and occupy market better, corporations in this industry shoul
4、d consider how toconstruct the marketing channel and how to reinforce the whole operation ability to transitfrom executive monopoly to economy monopoly smoothly.This dissertation is outlined as followed. First of all, tw
5、o different models- - - - PESTAnalysis Mode and Baud’ s Five- power Analysis Mode, are employed respectively toanalyze the exterior and interior environments of TIHP, the status of marketing channelmanagement of TIHP is
6、also scrutinized based on the former outcome and then theproblems in the marketing channel management are obtained. Next, three reservedstrategic plans that foster the competition capability of marketing channel of TIHP
7、areesTablelished according to the SWOT matrix, the index system of evaluating thosereserved plans are then built up, and AHP is applied to select the best plan. Furthermore,the aim and goals of the proposed strategic pla
8、n is outlined and a logistic center decisionmodel is also discussed. Finally, some idiographic measures are put forward in thisdissertation to improve the marketing channel management of TIHP based on the indexweights in
