    • 簡介:輸電線路是電力系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,輸電線路管理的信息化是電力系統(tǒng)信息化的重要內容之一。近年來,隨著電網運行要求的提高和各種軟硬件技術的發(fā)展,電網數據信息的采集量迅速增加,凸現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)輸電線路管理軟件在信息處理能力上的相對局限性。如何解決這一問題成為當代電網信息化進程中的重要課題之一。本文即著手對這一課題進行了研究,結合當前理論和實踐的應用情況,對在輸電線路中引入三維地理信息系統(tǒng)進行了詳盡的分析和設計,從而可以更有效的處理多種輸電線路地理空間實體數據及其關系,包括空間定位數據、圖形數據、遙感圖像數據、屬性數據等,大大方便了分析和處理在一定地理區(qū)域內分布的各種輸電專業(yè)相關的現(xiàn)象和過程,能進行復雜的規(guī)劃,并提出解決的辦法。特別是計算機模擬以及建模技術的結合,可以實現(xiàn)對真實地理環(huán)境以及地物的三維還原,并且在此基礎上獲得對數據的全新處理和展現(xiàn)方式。本文最后以內蒙古電力公司為代表,對輸電線路三維GIS系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)及應用進行了實例構建分析,形成的輸電線路三維GIS系統(tǒng)對其它的省網公司或農電公司構建輸電線路三維GIS系統(tǒng)有很好的借鑒意義。

    • 簡介:隨著地理信息系統(tǒng)的廣泛應用,不同部門、不同系統(tǒng)間的信息孤島和地理信息的重復性建設變得越來越嚴重。傳統(tǒng)的數掘格式轉換方式、直接數據訪問方式和數據互操作方式已不能滿足日益復雜的網絡、平臺等應用環(huán)境。面向服務體系架構SOA提出了一種分布式、松耦合的系統(tǒng)應用框架,使得不同平臺、不同系統(tǒng)、不同結構的應用能夠很好的集成在一起。面向服務體系架構的提出為解決地理信息共享的問題提供了新的技術支撐。本文通過研究面向服務體系架構及其實現(xiàn)技術WEB服務,結合地理信息共享的具體需求,提出一種面向服務的地理信息共享框架并在新一代地理信息系統(tǒng)GOOGLEEARTH上實現(xiàn)應用。本文的研究重點是1根據面向服務體系架構的思想,結合地理信息共享的具體需求提出面向服務的地理信息共享系統(tǒng)結構和框架。分析框架的數據層、服務層、應用層。2在此框架基礎上,設計面向服務的GOOGLEEARTH上地理信息共享的實現(xiàn)方案。詳細描述GOOGLEEARTH地理信息WEB服務發(fā)布者、GOOGLEEARTH地理信息WEB服務使用者和GOOGLEMAPS的地理信息WEB服務使用者的系統(tǒng)結構和程序流程。3根據上述設計實現(xiàn)一個GOOGLEEARTH的地理信息共享的演示程序。該程序模擬了如何發(fā)布和使用GOOGLEEARTH的地理信息共享服務。
