簡介:目前,我國配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)嚴(yán)重滯后,部分城市電網(wǎng)急需大力改造。規(guī)劃是建設(shè)的先行,進(jìn)行合理、科學(xué)、長遠(yuǎn)的城市配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃是一項(xiàng)極其迫切的任務(wù)。本文分析了配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的研究現(xiàn)狀,以配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的固定費(fèi)用和電能損失所引起的變化費(fèi)用最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),考慮到約束條件的限制及可靠性要求,采用蟻群算法求解配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃問題。為提高求解的效率,本文對蟻群算法作了改進(jìn),將生態(tài)學(xué)的基本原理引入蟻群算法,提出“競爭力”和“味道”的概念,從而將競爭的觀點(diǎn)引入蟻群算法。在多階段問題的處理過程中,提出利用“折算負(fù)荷”求解初始可行解,同時(shí)考慮到了各個(gè)規(guī)劃階段的負(fù)荷情況。所提出的算法在無需提供待選站址的情況下,同時(shí)進(jìn)行變電站站址、站容和配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)劃,結(jié)果自然呈輻射狀。在對規(guī)劃算法研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文將組建式地理信息系統(tǒng)引入配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,結(jié)合地理信息系統(tǒng)的空間數(shù)據(jù)分析和空間拓?fù)浞治瞿芰?,利用DELPHIMAPX開發(fā)了基于地理信息系統(tǒng)的配電網(wǎng)輔助規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)具有地圖編輯、配電網(wǎng)變電站和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)劃、潮流分析、可靠性分析、投資效益分析、信息查詢及制作報(bào)表等功能模塊。系統(tǒng)界面友好,結(jié)果直觀,方便操作,易于維護(hù)。不同于已有的軟件,本系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)節(jié)點(diǎn)信息自動生成街道信息包括街道名稱,利用OLE技術(shù)直接生成WD報(bào)表文件。

簡介:隨著GIS技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、遙感技術(shù)、GPS技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展警用地理信息系統(tǒng)越來越多的被人們所關(guān)注。警用地理信息系統(tǒng)利用空間信息技術(shù)以電子地圖為基礎(chǔ)信息共享和綜合利用為目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)公安基礎(chǔ)信息基于空間電子地圖的可視化查詢和輔助分析提高在指揮決策、快速反映、預(yù)案生成等方面的綜合能力為治安管理、警力部署、巡邏布控等工作提供有效的管理手段。目前警用地理信息系統(tǒng)在森林公安方面的應(yīng)用發(fā)展則比較緩慢隨著多元化的信息發(fā)展層出不窮高技術(shù)的作案手段、林業(yè)犯罪率的持續(xù)上升傳統(tǒng)的管理模式和思路已經(jīng)滿足不了當(dāng)前形勢的需要特別是可視化的信息管理和輔助案件偵破的高技術(shù)水平越來越迫切。因此急需建立一套完善的面向森林公安的警用地理信息平臺輔助森林公安人員辦公與辦案。本論文將警用地理信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于森林公安中針對森林案件與森林警務(wù)信息的特點(diǎn)基于FRAMEWK建立森林公安警用信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)警用地理信息系統(tǒng)的核心功能包括基礎(chǔ)地圖操作GIS圖層操作與屬性操作、警務(wù)專題信息管理單位、人員、設(shè)施設(shè)備、案件相關(guān)信息管理、基礎(chǔ)信息檢索、警情決策分析案件信息標(biāo)注、犯罪信息半徑分析、警力物資搜索、指揮調(diào)度等、專題統(tǒng)計(jì)分析林業(yè)案件文書打印、報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)系統(tǒng)在決策分析方面對林業(yè)案件特有的林火案件高發(fā)地區(qū)進(jìn)行預(yù)測重點(diǎn)地區(qū)部署警力加強(qiáng)人員巡邏在辦公自動化方面對警務(wù)信息制定合理的功能模塊保證數(shù)據(jù)一經(jīng)錄入保存后即可輸出打印案件文書、案件位置圖等信息。總之較之于其他系統(tǒng)而言該系統(tǒng)具有較強(qiáng)的針對性并結(jié)合了林業(yè)犯罪特點(diǎn)輔助森林公安進(jìn)行案件的偵破大大提高了提高案件的偵破能力與辦公效率。本文首先對系統(tǒng)研發(fā)用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)如ARCENGINE、FRAMEWK、ARCSDE和GEODATABASE進(jìn)行介紹其次根據(jù)用戶需求分析與系統(tǒng)建設(shè)需求分析設(shè)計(jì)體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊、構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫等最后針對各個(gè)子模塊完成功能詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和代碼的實(shí)現(xiàn)。

簡介:電力系統(tǒng)向高度信息化,自動方向發(fā)展,電網(wǎng)規(guī)模的日益擴(kuò)大,電力企業(yè)需要管理龐大的電力設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)。電力設(shè)備由于傳輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn)表現(xiàn)出空間上復(fù)雜性?,F(xiàn)在GIS已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于電力系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,例如,輸變電管理,配電管理,用電管理等。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的逐漸普及,在企業(yè)內(nèi)部建立一體化的解決方案,到達(dá)資源共享,信息同步成為目前建設(shè)系統(tǒng)首先要考慮的。本文結(jié)合MAPX和MFC開發(fā)工具,對配電網(wǎng)GIS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,詳細(xì)介紹了配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的全過程。本文主要完成了以下工作(1)進(jìn)行了配電網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了單個(gè)實(shí)體各類信息的集成和整個(gè)配電網(wǎng)的信息集成。最后將各種結(jié)果轉(zhuǎn)化成為GIS圖形數(shù)據(jù)庫、屬性數(shù)據(jù)庫中相應(yīng)元件的屬性。GIS應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)與一般的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)不同,大量的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)在建立系統(tǒng)時(shí)就需要錄入,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過程中將有新的數(shù)據(jù)在這些數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上生成。包含大量的圖形數(shù)據(jù)是GIS應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的另一特點(diǎn)。由于圖形數(shù)據(jù)本身的特點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)組織和純屬性數(shù)據(jù)的組織有很大不同。因此在數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)中進(jìn)行了不同處理,將空間數(shù)據(jù)和非空間數(shù)據(jù)放置在不同類型的數(shù)據(jù)庫中。(2)詳細(xì)研究了GIS開發(fā)技術(shù),結(jié)合MFC類庫和MAPX控件所提供的強(qiáng)大功能,獨(dú)立開發(fā)了配電網(wǎng)GIS軟件,為這項(xiàng)工作的開展進(jìn)行了有益的探索。該軟件包含了系統(tǒng)安全模塊、地圖操作模塊、數(shù)據(jù)管理模塊。具有用戶登錄、用戶管理、地圖編輯、地圖縮放、地圖平移、鷹眼移動、測距和配電網(wǎng)地圖相關(guān)屬性信息的查詢等功能。這些功能有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來,形成一個(gè)完整的配電網(wǎng)GIS系統(tǒng)。

簡介:無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)是一種新型的無基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施無線網(wǎng)絡(luò),它集成了傳感器、嵌入式計(jì)算、分布式信息處理和無線通信技術(shù),能夠協(xié)作地實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測、感知和采集各種環(huán)境或監(jiān)測對象的信息,并對其進(jìn)行處理。無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)是通信和計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)的一個(gè)新的研究領(lǐng)域,具有十分廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信的研究提出了許多新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)路由協(xié)議的設(shè)計(jì)。傳統(tǒng)的ADHOC等無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議設(shè)計(jì)的首要目標(biāo)是提供高服務(wù)質(zhì)量和公平高效的利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬,而無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)中由于傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)的電源能量、通信能力和計(jì)算能力都十分有限,因此路由協(xié)議設(shè)計(jì)的首要目標(biāo)是提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的能源有效性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的生命周期,同時(shí),傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)量大、分布廣,每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)只能獲取局部拓?fù)湫畔?,因此,路由協(xié)議必須能在局部網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)湫畔⒌幕A(chǔ)上選擇出從源節(jié)點(diǎn)到達(dá)目的節(jié)點(diǎn)的路徑。針對無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點(diǎn),本文以提高傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)的能源有效性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)可擴(kuò)展性為目的,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于地理位置信息的分層結(jié)構(gòu)無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)路由協(xié)議GEOCRPCLUSTERINGROUTINGPROTOCOLBASEDONGEOGRAPHICALINFMATION。本文首先介紹了無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基本結(jié)構(gòu),傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點(diǎn)以及典型的傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)路由協(xié)議,然后對GEOCRP協(xié)議的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。GEOCRP將網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的節(jié)點(diǎn)劃分成簇,感知節(jié)點(diǎn)采集的數(shù)據(jù)首先傳送到其所在簇的簇頭,再通過簇頭之間的通信進(jìn)行簇間中繼,直到到達(dá)匯聚節(jié)點(diǎn)。分層的結(jié)構(gòu)有利于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的擴(kuò)展,同時(shí),感知節(jié)點(diǎn)發(fā)送到簇頭的數(shù)據(jù)會進(jìn)行融合,以減少傳輸?shù)臄?shù)據(jù)量,提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的能源利用率。協(xié)議通過定期簇頭輪換的方法將能量損耗均勻分散到簇內(nèi)各節(jié)點(diǎn),簇間數(shù)據(jù)中繼時(shí),通過利用節(jié)點(diǎn)的地理位置信息可以有效的避免路由環(huán)。本文使用有限狀態(tài)機(jī)的方式對協(xié)議進(jìn)行了形式化描述和驗(yàn)證,并通過仿真驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性,對仿真中采用的數(shù)學(xué)模型和仿真參數(shù)的選擇也都進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析與說明。
