簡介:西安建筑科技大學碩士學位論文西安建筑科技大學碩士學位論文帶狀城市慢行交通系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設計研究以渭南市為例專業(yè)城市規(guī)劃與設計碩士生陳宇玲指導教師羅西副教授摘要城市慢行交通系統(tǒng)是以步行和自行車交通為主包括了通勤、娛樂、休閑、購物、交往、觀光等復合功能的綜合空間交通網(wǎng)絡。在我國機動化和全球資源緊缺等多重因素影響的背景下慢行交通系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展更具有優(yōu)勢。慢行交通系統(tǒng)具有低碳環(huán)保、簡單易行、適宜人行等能夠優(yōu)化城市交通發(fā)展模式等諸多方面的優(yōu)勢不僅城市交通規(guī)劃者應當注重慢行交通的規(guī)劃城市規(guī)劃師、建筑規(guī)劃師、各級政府等都應當將優(yōu)先發(fā)展慢行交通作為解決城市各項問題的首要方法。本文在總結了國內外慢行交通研究的理論方法和實踐經(jīng)驗的基礎上分析了帶狀城市交通特點以及帶狀城市居民慢行交通出行特征并以渭南市為實例采用層次分析法、交通影響評價法、美國道路通行能力計算法和非機動車道路網(wǎng)評價法對帶狀城市慢行交通系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀進行評價說明帶狀城市慢行交通網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)構建存在較多問題主要表現(xiàn)在慢行道路網(wǎng)密度較低、可達性和安全性較差等方面。本文根據(jù)對現(xiàn)狀評價的結果結合帶狀城市形態(tài)特點、城市功能結構和慢行交通特征在慢行交通網(wǎng)絡和慢行交通設施兩個方面進行了規(guī)劃探索。通過“面線點”的規(guī)劃方式提出進行慢行交通分區(qū)、交通網(wǎng)絡完善和解決城市交叉口機動車與非機動車和人行矛盾的方案。并在地鐵和公交與慢行交通的換乘進行了探索研究通過對步行與公交換乘和自行車與公共交通最佳換乘距離進行計算說明在720M以內采用步行與公交進行接駁是最佳的選擇而接駁距離大于720M而小于3KM則采用自行車與公交接駁則是最佳選擇。針對港灣式和直線式公交站點的特點進行自行車租賃點的定位選擇。由于對慢行交通系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設計理論尚在研究中因此本文通過以渭南市為案例應用對象將所提出的“面線點”的規(guī)劃方法以及所提出的慢行交通規(guī)劃理念應用于渭南市的慢行交通規(guī)劃中檢驗規(guī)劃方法的可實施性。關鍵詞關鍵詞帶狀城市;慢行交通系統(tǒng);交通特性;用地類別生成法
