簡介:華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學碩士學位論文史氏鱘在擁擠脅迫中的應激反應姓名石小濤申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)水生生物學指導教師龍良啟20060601華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學2006屆碩十學位論文各密度組的各血液生化成分水平血糖GLU、直接膽紅索DBILL、總膽紅素TBILL、總蛋白TP、膽固醇CHOL、甘油三酯TRIG、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶AST,谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶ALT、尿素UREA、肌酐CI遭A、堿性磷酸酶AKP、乳酸脫氫酶LDHL均相似,各密度組相比無顯著差異。綜合前面短期和長期擁擠脅迫對鱘魚的影響,在擁擠脅迫第15D時的史氏鱘稚魚部分血液指標與初始值變化顯著,部分指標則對擁擠脅迫不敏感,在長期試驗結(jié)束時60D所有的指標均無顯著差異,呈現(xiàn)恢復的趨勢,各成分的代謝達到了某種動態(tài)平衡,進而我們推論擁擠脅迫對史氏鱘稚魚在生長上的抑制可能源于魚體在短期內(nèi)的生理平衡被打破。關鍵詞擁擠脅迫;史氏鱘生理;生化;免疫;消化率;攝食率;生長IL

簡介:STUDYONBIOMASSANDCARBONSTORAGEOFPOPULUSDELTOIDESOFEASTDONGTINGAREABYZOUYIFENATHESISSUBMITTEDINPARTIALSATISFACTIONOFTHEREQUIREMENTSFORTHEDEGREEOFMASTEROFAGRICULTURALEXTENSIONLNFORESTRYSUPERVISORPROFESSORTANGDAISHENGCENTRALSOUTHUNIVERSITYOFFORESTRYANDTECHNOLOGY498SHAOSHANSOUTHROAD,TIANXINDISTRICTCHANGSHAHUNAN410004,RRCHINANOVEMBER,2015摘要以東洞庭湖區(qū)丘陵和灘涂兩種生境的2年生、7年生、11年生、18年生美洲黑楊POUH,S如7,O『C蛔人工林為研究對象,樣方每木檢尺結(jié)合標準木測量法,對美洲黑楊單株各組分、全株林分生物量、碳儲量進行相關分析,建立美洲黑楊單株各組分及全株的數(shù)學模型,得到了模型方程公式。研究成果為洞庭湖區(qū)美洲黑楊人工林種植地選擇、撫育問伐、林分經(jīng)營方式的選擇等提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。主要研究結(jié)論如下東洞庭湖區(qū)美洲黑楊在丘陵和灘涂兩種不同的生境中表現(xiàn)為造林后前2年生長緩慢,27年間進入速生期,11年左右接近成熟,此時是木材最佳利用時期。灘涂人工林林分密度、單株平均胸徑、平均樹高等數(shù)值均高于丘陵人工林林分,說明灘涂地更適宜于美洲黑楊,在洞庭湖區(qū)灘涂種植美洲黑楊的實際生產(chǎn)意義和對生態(tài)環(huán)境的貢獻力等方面優(yōu)異于丘陵。美洲黑楊的林分生物量和碳儲量在不同生境均表現(xiàn)為隨著年齡的增長而單調(diào)增長。但不同年齡和生境的增長不盡相同;中齡林時期最快,美洲黑楊灘涂人工林比丘陵人工林增長速度快;不同組分增長速度不一致,樹干最快,樹皮最慢。地下生物量的增長變化表現(xiàn)為主根粗根須根。美洲黑楊及人工林林分總碳儲量的變化趨勢與生物量基本相同,經(jīng)測定發(fā)現(xiàn),美洲黑楊人工林的單株總碳儲量分別是對應生物量的1/2左右,這一結(jié)果同樣佐證了生物量與碳儲量的關系系數(shù)值接近05這一論點。但不同組分的碳儲量與生物量的關系系數(shù)并不都是接近O5,如,樹葉的含碳率較低,僅有032,而樹干的含碳率達到了O53。關鍵詞美洲黑楊;洞庭湖區(qū);碳儲量;生物量;模型分析

簡介:簍萎夫?qū)W農(nóng)業(yè)推廣碩士學位論文鰻鱺病原菌感染美洲鰻鱺后的病理觀察PATHOLOGICALOBSERVATIONOFAMERICANEELINFECTEDBYBACTERIALPATHOGENSFROMDISEASEDEELS領域名稱漁些鰻鱺病原菌感染美洲鰻鱺后的病理觀察摘要鰻鱺因味道鮮美,經(jīng)濟價值高,是我國重要的海水養(yǎng)殖品種。上世紀90年代以來,我國養(yǎng)殖鰻鱺細菌性疾病頻發(fā),給鰻鱺養(yǎng)殖業(yè)帶來了嚴重的經(jīng)濟損失。本研究利用嗜水氣單胞菌、簡達氣單胞菌、遲鈍愛德華氏菌和創(chuàng)傷弧菌分別攻毒感染美洲鰻鱺,采集死亡或瀕死鰻鱺的臟器,通過病理組織切片染色觀察其病理變化。同時采集人工感染簡達氣單胞菌和遲鈍愛德華氏菌的鰻鱺臟器進行超薄切片,通過電鏡染色技術(shù)對臟器的組織與細胞內(nèi)部病理變化進行了觀察,研究結(jié)果為鰻鱺感染4種病原菌的病理診斷及其免疫防治提供依據(jù)。論文內(nèi)容詳述如下1感染嗜水氣單胞菌后美洲鰻鱺注射部位潰瘍,腎小球毛細血管腫脹,腎小囊囊腔狹窄;腎間質(zhì)出血;。腎小管變性崩解。肝臟彌散性出血,肝細胞水腫變圓,空泡變性。脾淋巴細胞明顯減少,白髓幾乎消失;脾炎性水腫;脾間質(zhì)小動脈管壁嚴重水腫增厚。心肌纖維出現(xiàn)不同程度的顆粒變性,變性纖維渾濁腫脹。2簡達氣單胞菌感染后的美洲鰻鱺注射部位潰爛,肝組織發(fā)炎,吞噬細胞浸潤,肝細胞空泡變性。心臟血管擴張形成血栓。脾臟組織造血細胞壞死,脾間質(zhì)動脈管壁水腫增厚。腎臟腎小球解體,大量淋巴細胞浸潤,腎小管崩解。3遲鈍愛德華氏菌感染后的美洲鰻鱺可發(fā)生急性和慢性炎癥。急性炎癥時可見肝組織多發(fā)性壞死灶,周圍可見吞噬細菌的巨噬細胞聚集,肝細胞變性、壞死;慢性感染病魚肝組織大面積高度纖維化,肝細胞壞死,細胞間質(zhì)增寬,間質(zhì)內(nèi)充滿膽汁和單核巨噬細胞,肝臟中央靜脈血管壁擴張。4創(chuàng)傷弧菌感染后的美洲鰻鱺可見心外膜水腫增寬,出現(xiàn)卵圓形“結(jié)節(jié)”。脾臟發(fā)炎,紅髓區(qū)出現(xiàn)大量的淋巴細胞,紅細胞明顯減少。脾臟充血、出血;脾臟實質(zhì)細胞壞死,細胞間質(zhì)增寬?!I臟可見腎小管上皮細胞壞死后崩解,腎小管管腔消失;腎小球變性壞死;腎間質(zhì)增寬、出血,大量紅細胞變性壞死。肝細胞水腫,膽管堵塞,其內(nèi)充滿膽汁;肝細胞嚴重水腫,空泡變性,部分細胞壞死。5遲鈍愛德華氏菌感染鰻鱺后超微病理變化表現(xiàn)為腎小球毛細血管擴張;腎小管上皮細胞腫大。簡達氣單胞菌感染后,鰻鱺腎小管間的造血組織病變明顯,血竇周圍基質(zhì)消失,紅細胞大量壞死;肝組織出血;脾實質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)松散,病變嚴重的造血細胞核染色質(zhì)濃縮;心外膜炎,外膜出現(xiàn)大量的纖維素樣贅生物質(zhì)。關鍵詞嗜水氣單胞菌,簡達氣單胞菌,愛德華氏菌,創(chuàng)傷弧菌,美洲鰻鱺,病理變化
