簡(jiǎn)介:申請(qǐng)上海交通大學(xué)工程碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位論文科學(xué)考察船電力驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)研科學(xué)考察船電力驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)研究學(xué)校上海交通大學(xué)院系系電子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院班級(jí)級(jí)Z1203121學(xué)號(hào)號(hào)1120312070工程碩士生工程碩士生徐成工程領(lǐng)域工程領(lǐng)域電氣工程導(dǎo)師Ⅰ邰能靈(教授)導(dǎo)師Ⅱ陳曄(高級(jí)工程師)上海交通大學(xué)電子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院上海交通大學(xué)電子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院2015年05月上海交通大學(xué)工程碩士學(xué)位論文摘要I科學(xué)考察船電力驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)研究摘要針對(duì)早期科學(xué)考察船上的配電系統(tǒng),多采用常規(guī)變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)模式,由于科學(xué)考察船屬于特殊船型,船上實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備對(duì)工作的環(huán)境要求比較高,常規(guī)變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)的電力推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)在空間布置上占地較大且重量較重,不適合應(yīng)用于新型科學(xué)考察船上,而有源前端變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)就將成為未來科學(xué)考察船上電力推進(jìn)變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)的發(fā)展方向。本文依托“科學(xué)考察船設(shè)計(jì)課題”,對(duì)科學(xué)考察船的電力驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)做了深入研究,主要研究工作和取得的成果如下(1)首先介紹了幾種目前世界上應(yīng)用較多的電力推進(jìn)型式,進(jìn)一步分析了科學(xué)考察船電力系統(tǒng)的幾個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備及特點(diǎn),為科學(xué)考察船電力推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)研發(fā),尤其為科學(xué)考察船電力推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。(2)根據(jù)船東方提供的科學(xué)考察船設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)要求,經(jīng)過對(duì)配電系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)框架的研究,依據(jù)輪機(jī)專業(yè)、舾裝專業(yè)、空冷專業(yè)等反饋的設(shè)備負(fù)荷,采用三類負(fù)荷法計(jì)算方法,計(jì)算了船舶在不同工況下的電力負(fù)荷,選取了發(fā)電機(jī)功率和數(shù)量。(3)由于大功率非線性負(fù)載會(huì)產(chǎn)生諧波,通過介紹諧波的危害,包括對(duì)科學(xué)考察船的影響,根據(jù)IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及中國(guó)船級(jí)社規(guī)范對(duì)諧波的要求,分別介紹了船舶上常采用的諧波抑制以及消除方法,并分析了各自的原理,優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。(4)按照科學(xué)考察船上設(shè)備功能和使用原理原則,兼顧船體結(jié)構(gòu)空間和設(shè)備布置要求,研究了有源前端變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)方案的基本情況及其與常規(guī)變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)模式的區(qū)別,通過理論分析和實(shí)際應(yīng)用范例實(shí)施,確定出最終電力推進(jìn)驅(qū)動(dòng)型式。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞科學(xué)考察船,電力推進(jìn),有源前端AFE,船舶電網(wǎng),變頻驅(qū)動(dòng),電力負(fù)荷,諧波

簡(jiǎn)介:績(jī)效考核是研究院績(jī)效管理中的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。它以研究院目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,把研究院要達(dá)成的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)層層分解,通過對(duì)員工的工作表現(xiàn)和工作業(yè)績(jī)進(jìn)行考核和分析,改善員工在組織工作中的行為,充分發(fā)揮員工的潛能和積極性,更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)研究院的各項(xiàng)目標(biāo)的程序和方法。隨著煤炭科學(xué)研究總院發(fā)展速度的加快,員工隊(duì)伍的擴(kuò)張和員工結(jié)構(gòu)日益復(fù)雜化,傳統(tǒng)的人工管理體制,員工績(jī)效考核管理模式已經(jīng)跟不上研究院發(fā)展的需求,研究院的管理者需要處理的事務(wù)越來越多,如何公平公正的考核員工工作業(yè)績(jī),有效的分配各種人力資源,并能夠?qū)θ耸碌奶幚砬闆r進(jìn)行監(jiān)管,將直接關(guān)系到研究院的發(fā)展,因此急需建立煤炭科學(xué)研究總院績(jī)效考核管理系統(tǒng)。本項(xiàng)目借鑒國(guó)際先進(jìn)的360度績(jī)效考核方法,結(jié)合煤炭科學(xué)研究總院現(xiàn)狀以及實(shí)際需求,研究和設(shè)計(jì)了煤炭科學(xué)研究總院績(jī)效考核系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以現(xiàn)代人力資源管理理論框架為基礎(chǔ),采用了BS模式、工作流技術(shù)、通信與網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信息處理等技術(shù)研發(fā)的信息管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)搭建在成熟的J2EE框架之上,在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的選型上,選用了ACLE10G研究院版作為系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),在應(yīng)用服務(wù)器選擇上選用了免費(fèi)開源的TOMCAT服務(wù)器,并使用了四層交換設(shè)備F5來進(jìn)行應(yīng)用服務(wù)器的負(fù)載均衡。本系統(tǒng)從功能角度出發(fā),主要包括六個(gè)核心模塊,即組織機(jī)構(gòu)與人事管理、考評(píng)設(shè)置、KPI設(shè)置、考評(píng)實(shí)施、與考評(píng)結(jié)果。其中組織機(jī)構(gòu)與人事管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)煤炭科學(xué)研究院的基本信息設(shè)置考評(píng)設(shè)置則將考評(píng)區(qū)間、考評(píng)時(shí)間、考評(píng)人等考評(píng)必備信息進(jìn)行設(shè)置KPI設(shè)置則可將考核的指標(biāo),使用的考評(píng)模板等專業(yè)考評(píng)信息進(jìn)行設(shè)置考核實(shí)施與考核結(jié)果是對(duì)考評(píng)活動(dòng)的組織,以及最終考評(píng)結(jié)果的匯總。通過這幾個(gè)模塊的合作,加強(qiáng)了煤炭科學(xué)研究總院經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理和監(jiān)督段,提高了煤炭科學(xué)研究總院投入力資源管理管理的辦公效率。值得注意的是,研究院管理體制機(jī)制將隨著研究院的發(fā)展而不斷調(diào)整,績(jī)效考核管線系統(tǒng)只有充分考慮其彈性包容性,才能適應(yīng)這種變化。因此,在系統(tǒng)建設(shè)過程中,必須要考慮該系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展性,因此在進(jìn)行KPI設(shè)置模塊,以及考評(píng)設(shè)置模塊的物理模型上,以及具體實(shí)現(xiàn)上要充分的注意應(yīng)用程序的擴(kuò)展性。
