簡介:本文的研究價值在于梳理出美國主流宗教參與其社會政治生活的表現(xiàn)和影響,從中分析出美國政府對待政教關(guān)系的態(tài)度和經(jīng)驗(yàn),為中國建立科學(xué)合理的政教關(guān)系提供借鑒。全文分為以下四個部分第一部分,首先,從理論層面上闡述美國宗教與政治的關(guān)系。其次,通過對政教分離以及其相關(guān)憲法規(guī)定的分析,透視美國宗教與政治關(guān)系的特點(diǎn)。最后,考察美國政教關(guān)系的法律實(shí)踐。第二部分,首先,對美國主流宗教進(jìn)行界定和分析。其次,通過史實(shí)剖析美國主流宗教,如何從以前的基督新教一統(tǒng)天下,轉(zhuǎn)變到“新天猶”三教鼎立的局面。最后,對美國主流宗教整體發(fā)展的趨勢做出前瞻性分析。第三部分,探討美國主流宗教參與社會政治生活的表現(xiàn)。美國主流宗教在很多方面介入政治生活,從總統(tǒng)選舉、國會立法、社會倫理道德和外交政策四個方面著重論述。由于各主流宗教對政治生活的介入表現(xiàn)出差異性,因此,將分別闡述“新天猶”三個教派參與政治活動的表現(xiàn)。第四部分,對美國主流宗教參與政治活動進(jìn)行綜合分析。首先,運(yùn)用宗教社會學(xué)理論剖析影響宗教群體政治參與的三大條件性因素宗教價值觀的引導(dǎo)、教會和宗教群體利益為宗教參與政治提供了動力;三權(quán)分立、聯(lián)邦制、選舉制為宗教參與政治提供了環(huán)境因素;教會的精神號召力、教會組織能力和培養(yǎng)政治人才的能力為宗教參與政治提供了資源基礎(chǔ)。同時,論述了美國宗教參與政治的原因。最后闡明了主流宗教對美國的政治思想、政治行為和民主政治三方面的后果和影響。

簡介:分類號學(xué)校代碼_旦漁密級學(xué)號2QQ窆Q211QQ3顧炎武政治哲學(xué)研究STUDYONTHEPOLITICALPHILOSOPHYOFGU婦NWU研究生姓名叢墮斐導(dǎo)師姓名、職稱墅壘墓趲學(xué)科專業(yè)主國塹堂研究方向塑溘塹堂湖南師范大學(xué)學(xué)位評定委員會辦公室二O一三年十一月“平等”是顧炎武政治哲學(xué)的邏輯起點(diǎn)。顧炎武對集所有權(quán)力于君主一身,借助嚴(yán)刑峻法和百萬吏胥來管理臣民的君主專制制度進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)烈的批判,認(rèn)為不受約束的至高無上的君主權(quán)力,是導(dǎo)致臣子腐敗無能、民眾遭受剝削、國家走向衰落的根本原因。他反對君、臣、民之間的不平等,并通過對“周室班爵祿”的重新解讀,主張對政治制度中的民眾要予以充分的關(guān)注,將為民眾謀福祉看成是君臣的重要責(zé)任。不過,他所要求的平等并不是意味著君、臣、民人人享有相同的政治權(quán)利,而只是對極度不平等的君臣關(guān)系、君民關(guān)系、官民關(guān)系進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)節(jié)。此外,基于顧炎武對“夷夏之防”的堅(jiān)決態(tài)度,他所謂的平等只是就華夏族內(nèi)部而言的,并不涉及夷狄。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)平等理念,顧炎武提出了分權(quán)思想以及相應(yīng)的制度設(shè)計(jì),這是其政治哲學(xué)的核心內(nèi)容。顧炎武分權(quán)思想的理論基礎(chǔ),是他建構(gòu)的私利觀。他認(rèn)為私利是人之常情,在所難免。“合天下之私以成天下之公”則是分權(quán)思想的最為精要的概括。不過,要合私成公還有賴于具體的分權(quán)措施。對此,顧炎武設(shè)計(jì)了一整套從上至下的逐級分權(quán)的政治舉措。簡要地說,首先,他通過封駁制度限制君權(quán),分權(quán)百官;其次,他通過“寓封建之意于郡縣之中”的制度限制中央集權(quán),分權(quán)地方;最后,他通過地方自治措施進(jìn)一步限制了地方的權(quán)力,而將權(quán)力下放給鄉(xiāng)村宗族。由此,擴(kuò)大了地方官員與鄉(xiāng)村士紳對于當(dāng)?shù)氐慕y(tǒng)治權(quán)。通過分權(quán)最終所要達(dá)到的理想政治則是顧炎武所謂的“眾治”。通過“獨(dú)治’’與“眾治”的比較,闡明了“眾治”的基本含義,即一方面要反對君主專制制度的“獨(dú)治”;另一方面則強(qiáng)調(diào)道德教化、風(fēng)俗傳統(tǒng)在國家治理中的重要作用,而且相較于刑法,顯得更為重要。為了達(dá)到“眾治“,顧炎武提出了三項(xiàng)措施,即選舉論、清議論和風(fēng)俗教化論。通過這三項(xiàng)措施可以看到,雖然顧炎武理論上賦予民眾以II

簡介:中共中央黨校碩士學(xué)位論文面向大國政治的哲學(xué)構(gòu)架姓名楊朝峰申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)中國哲學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師喬清舉20000101面向大國政治的哲學(xué)構(gòu)架一一呂氏春秋政治哲學(xué)研究序論呂氏春秋是中國戰(zhàn)國末期秦相國呂不韋組織門客編寫的著作全書分為“八覽”、“六論”和“十二紀(jì)”三部分,共二十余萬言因其博采各家學(xué)說,從漢代以來一直被稱為“雜家”。呂氏春秋成書的目的是為了綜合諸子學(xué)說之長,給未來的大秦帝國制定政治法典。它對各家學(xué)說有所吸收,有所揚(yáng)棄,主要是綜合其中比較合理、進(jìn)步和有利于上述目的的成分。呂氏春秋是中國封建社會奠基之初的政治思想結(jié)晶,受到了歷代王朝的重視但圍繞它的爭議,在歷史上也時有發(fā)生。政治哲學(xué)是具有整體性、全局性的高層次的政治理論,是由具體的政治認(rèn)識升華到對政治一般的總體把握從而建構(gòu)一般的、整體的政治學(xué)體系和法則。政治哲學(xué)的基本宗旨,是從政治的普遍性來界說政治,探尋政治的起源、本質(zhì)及其發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律,并以社會歷史進(jìn)步的一般法則作為政治評價的價值準(zhǔn)則。政治哲學(xué)在政治理論體系中具有獨(dú)特地位原因在于它透過政治現(xiàn)象的地區(qū)性、民族性、局部性、具體性,進(jìn)而研究政治現(xiàn)象的一般規(guī)定即普遍性。政治哲學(xué)通常包括兩個方面的內(nèi)容。一是政治的一般理論,即政治的內(nèi)在方面,二是關(guān)于政治的一般理論,即政治的外在方面。政治的外在方面是就政治與社會其它社會現(xiàn)象的關(guān)系而言的揭示這種關(guān)系,可以解決三個重大理論問題政治的起源、政治的本質(zhì)和政治的功能。政治的內(nèi)在方面,是就政治自身內(nèi)部的各種關(guān)系而言的,揭示這種關(guān)系可以建構(gòu)層次有序、網(wǎng)絡(luò)分明的政治理論邏輯體系,推導(dǎo)出作為~般規(guī)律貫穿并指引各種部門政治理論的基本范式、概念和術(shù)語,并為具體政治行為、政治現(xiàn)象的研究、評價提供最一般的尺度和原則。政治的內(nèi)在方面表現(xiàn)為三個方面的內(nèi)容闡明政治邏輯的普遍本質(zhì)揭示政治和政治思想歷史發(fā)展的規(guī)律,以及確立政治評價的一般準(zhǔn)則。呂氏春秋的內(nèi)容大多可以歸本于政治哲學(xué)思想,所有的內(nèi)容基本上都是圍繞著政治這個主體展開的,它所汲取的各家思想資料也是為其政治哲學(xué)思想服務(wù)的。呂氏春秋的歷史價值,也主要體現(xiàn)于其政治哲學(xué)思想中。政治哲學(xué)是對人類權(quán)力本性的研究。政治哲學(xué)史的研究必須要密切地同這種權(quán)力本性產(chǎn)生的土壤即時代背景結(jié)合起來。戰(zhàn)國末期社會政治有兩個比較突出的特點(diǎn)一是在這一階段孕育了中國封建社會政治的制度雛形,“其始也簡其畢也巨”當(dāng)時的政治思想對后世產(chǎn)生了不同程度的影響二是出現(xiàn)了一個政治上即將走向統(tǒng)一的大國,這種統(tǒng)一并不是原來小國的簡單拼揍。而是對原來小國的整合和重組。小國政治與大國政治的最明顯區(qū)別是政治權(quán)力所控制的地理區(qū)域和人口多寡不同。由于生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展和私有制的成長階級之間
