簡介:航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片截面航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片截面特征特征參數(shù)參數(shù)提取提取技術(shù)技術(shù)研究研究RESEARCHOFTHEAEROENGINEBLADECROSSSECTIONALFEATUREPARAMETERSEXTRACTION學(xué)科專業(yè)儀器科學(xué)與技術(shù)研究生馬雯琦指導(dǎo)教師劉書桂教授天津大學(xué)精密儀器與光電子工程學(xué)院二零一三年十二月摘要近年來,隨著航空事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步,航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片檢測逐漸成為一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問題。由于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片曲面復(fù)雜,數(shù)量多,葉片彎扭程度大,檢測起來比較困難。而且發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片的工作環(huán)境非常惡劣,在工作過程中需要承受高溫,高壓,因此,保證葉片的加工質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要。另外,每年因發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片質(zhì)量問題而發(fā)生的航空事故在整個(gè)事故發(fā)生原因比重中也占有不小的分量,因此,葉片的質(zhì)量檢測與保證對于整個(gè)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)來說具有決定性的地位。對于葉片型面的檢測主要針對的是葉片的各個(gè)截面參數(shù),如前后緣,弦長,最大葉型厚度等,基于此,本文提出葉片截面參數(shù)的各個(gè)提取算法,并加以實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,說明算法的可行性,本文主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面1葉片型面檢測的測量點(diǎn)獲取方法。本論文基于對于葉片截面參數(shù)提取技術(shù)的研究,采用UG建模軟件建立發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片三維模型,在模型的基礎(chǔ)上,利用UG方便的二次開發(fā)工具,對葉片模型進(jìn)行測量路徑規(guī)劃和測量點(diǎn)的獲取,得到測量數(shù)據(jù)以進(jìn)行參數(shù)提取。2研究各個(gè)葉片截面參數(shù)的相應(yīng)提取算法,并給以算法實(shí)現(xiàn)說明。首先依據(jù)中國航空工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給出各個(gè)截面參數(shù)的有關(guān)定義及圖解,介紹利用葉片UG模型獲取測量數(shù)據(jù)的方法,接下來介紹各個(gè)參數(shù)提取所采用的算法說明,包括前后緣圓心及半徑,前后緣厚度,弦線角及弦長,中弧線,最大葉型厚度等。3對葉片截面參數(shù)提取算法進(jìn)行精度驗(yàn)證?;诘谌滤撌龅母鞣N參數(shù)提取算法以及測量點(diǎn)獲取方法的理論,通過UG,MATLAB等軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)獲取、參數(shù)提取的過程,并介紹了UG二次開發(fā)語言O(shè)PENGRIP在獲取測量點(diǎn)過程中的用法,隨后對兩個(gè)截面數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行參數(shù)提取的研究,根據(jù)理論結(jié)果與計(jì)算結(jié)果的誤差值進(jìn)行算法精度驗(yàn)證,對算法精確度進(jìn)行一個(gè)評價(jià)與分析,最后對葉片測量數(shù)據(jù)圖形進(jìn)行直觀展示。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞葉片檢測測量點(diǎn)獲取參數(shù)提取最優(yōu)算法
