4、 for private interests appears frequently, which cause the public power to be abused and corruption, then, it leads to administration ethical anomie. We thought that the reasons lead to produce

5、 administrative ethics anomie is various, but the fundamental reason is relative to interests, in this paper we’ ll try to explore this fundamental reason and practice efforts to prevent admini

6、stration ethical anomie occurring. In the preface, we will elaborate the necessity and possibility of studying the administrative ethics anomie from the angle of interests, and card the current researching

7、 situation of this question. In the first chapter, meaning and performance of the administrative ethics anomie will mainly be examined, and we will to inductive the performance of the administ

8、rative ethics anomie from three dimensions that are the administrative system and administrative individual and administrative organization. In the second chapter, the paper focuses on the influen

9、ce to the administrative ethics anomie from individual interests; we think that excessive publicity and excessive depressive of individual interests will both leads to the administrative ethics a

10、nomie. In the third chapter, we mainly study in w hat kind of situation that public interests will cause the anomie administrative ethics, we think that role conflict of the administrative pers

11、onnel and the unrealized of public interests are likely to cause the anomie. In the fourth chapter, we research the anomie of administrative ethics mainly from the relationship between individua
