2、ducation has been consented both athome and abroad. Many experts and scholars in colleges have described the actualrole and far-reaching significance of art education. Since the 21st century, especiallywhen Ministry of E
3、ducation issued the National School Art Education DevelopmentPlan (2001 ~ 2010) in 2002, the positive role of public art education in aestheticquality and moral character has raised a widespread concern. On the basis ofs
4、ummarizing public art curriculum construction and education and teaching reformexperience in colleges, Public Art Curriculum Guidelines for National Colleges,according to the new ideas of quality education in the 21st ce
5、ntury, adapting to thedevelopment trend of modernization, conducted a systematic and overall study onpublic art curriculum for colleges. In the aspect of general art education systemconstruction, however, most existing s
6、tudies focus on art curriculum and its progress,or discuss the present situation and the problems of Classic Art into Campus, or learnthe practice and popularization of public art education through students’ association
7、incolleges, instead of studying the investigation and feedback of the implementation ofart education in colleges with the policy documents issued. Education is to respectindividual characteristics and pay attention to th
8、e process of cultivation, art educationcan't have short-term performance immediately, but affecting a lot in the shape ofhuman personality and aesthetic taste. Based on the existing conditions andlimitations of educa
9、tion resources and education system, there is still a long way to gofor fully implementation of art education theory in a short time.When choosing art education as one of the keyword of this paper, it is importantto figu
10、re out the logic between art theory and art education, ensuring explore issues ofpublic art education and art practice in colleges under the field of art theory, which isdifferent from discussing the function of art educ
11、ation and human nurturing in a greatmoral and aesthetic horizon. Public art education in colleges discussed in this paper istargeted on the non-artistic specialized people, namely the education to enhance theaesthetic ta
