3、ision and management. These substances will cause harm to the endocrine system, immune system, nervous system, reproductive system and other health problems for humans and all kinds of organisms. Thus, establishing and i
4、mproving a sound environment safety standards and inspection detection system is a very significant. The matrix in the environmental estrogens are very complex, concentration of low, persist for a long time and other cha
5、racteristic, which are susceptibly interfered to detected. So the pre-treatment methods will become important step when detection and analysis of environmental estrogen. Magnetic molecular imprinted polymers (M-MIPs) are
6、 obtained by magnetic nanoparticles combined with molecular imprinting technique. It is noteworthy that the M-MIPs have not only excellent superparamagnetism of the magnetic nanoparticles, but also have high selectively
7、recognized the analytes in the complex matrix. The M-MIP will be a convenient and quickly recognizable separation method with external magnetic field. And the M-MIPs are provided a bran-new thinking and method for sample
8、 pretreatment. 1. This thesis reviewed the current situation of the environmental estrogen, described a synthetic method and principle of the molecular imprinting technique. Its applications in solid phase extraction, ch
9、romatographic separation, sensors and so on were also summarized. Moreover, it was focus on magnetic molecularly imprinted materials, fluorescence functional material and its application materials. 2. Magnetic Fe3O4 nano
10、particles were prepared by coprecipitation and then coated with SiO2 on the surface. Fe3O4@SiO2 composite microspheres were modified by KH570. Using molecular imprinting technology, atrazine magnetic molecularly imprinte
11、d polymer was prepared by using atrazine as template molecule, methacrylic acid as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linkers. The morphology, composition, thermal performance, crystal structu
12、re and magnetic properties of magnetic nanoparticles were characterized. The recognition selectivity of polymer was studied for template molecule and simulation by UV spectrophotometry. The adsorption properties and sele
13、ctivity ability were analyzed by Scatchard analysis. Scatchard linear regression analysis indicated that there are two binding sites of the target molecules. The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer has been applied to
14、 the analysis of atrazine in real samples. The results show that: the recovery rates and the relative standard deviation were 94.0%~98.7% and 2.1%~4.0% in corn; the recovery rates and the relative standard deviation were
