3、e become very important. Fiber grating is one of the most important inventions at the end of twentieth century. The fiber grating is a new Photoelectronic device and along with the ripening technology of fabricating fibe
4、r gratings, the researches and application of fiber grating sensors have obtained more and more attentions. In order to measure the DHP in asphalt pavement, based on the working principle of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) se
5、nsing, a FBG pressure sensor is presented. The main research results are the following: Firstly, based on the Bragg’s Law in FBG, the strain and temperature sensing properties have been analyzed. The characteristic of th
6、e displacement-pressure of a flat diaphragm is studied, and on the basis of this, a FBG pressure sensor is presented. The pressure sensitive principles of FBG pressure sensor are introduced, and the relationship between
7、the pressure and the wavelength shift is derived. Secondly, the pressure of FBG sensor is linear with wavelength shift of FBG through the indoor experiment. And the pressure measurement sensitivities are as high as 6.025
8、5nm/MPa, which are approximately 2008 times greater than that of a bare FBG (0.003nm/MPa). The FBG sensor is used to test the dynamic hydraulic pressure in the road pavement of Ninghang expressway. The experimental resul
9、ts show that the sensor has good stability and better anti-interference ability, and it is suitable for application in the measurement of DHP. Finally, according to fluid-structure Interaction algorithms of the FEA softw
10、are (ANSYS/LS-DYNA), the problem of DHP is simulated and analyzed, experimental results are compared with value of calculation, and put forward some questions that should be paid attention to on the measurement of DHP in
