3、gement requirement in order to solve four problems: choose proper organization structure, choose the right guy as project manager, strengthen the management of virtual team and cooperate with several projects. This ar
4、ticle does research deeply on this topic with practice. As for choosing proper organization structure, there is a conclusion that the technical department organizes the most people to be involved according to the typi
5、cal system-integration enterprise case. So the technical department takes high priority to accept project management and organization structure to max the benefit of project management. For the whole organization, it i
6、s proper to use weak matrix structure to reduce the change of revolution and obstacle of marketing the project management. Choosing the right project manager is the key factor of applying project manager. PM is very impo
7、rtant and the starting step for the project. Considering cost control, it is hard to assign an full-time PM. So we will assign the PM from the engineer as virtual PM. It is a nice try, this part illustrates the differenc
8、e between the full-time and virtual PM to reduce the gray territory of management resulting from the misuse of rights. At the same time, this article also illustrates the ability model and role assignment to make PM get
9、used to normal work. In order to best apply project management to solve the practical problem, this article do rich study on virtual team and multi-project management according to the specific features of middle-scale sy
10、stem-integration enterprise. At last, this article illustrates the benefits of applying project management of the enterprise that the author belongs to. It can be categorized as below: Accelerate the productivity, impr
11、ovement of internal cooperation, increase the degree to which clients are satisfied, reduce the complaint of clients and sudden events. It proves that applying project management can increase the service quality and clie
