71、油泵總成、主軸、飛輪總成、閉鎖后板、一檔活塞座等,排除故障,解決了存在的問題。組裝調(diào)試完畢,送生產(chǎn)前線安裝到修井機上投入了修井使用。</p><p>  (4) 井下二大隊CLT754美國Allison 變速箱速度低,溫度高,閉鎖離合器打滑,摩擦片和鋼片磨損。通過拆檢發(fā)現(xiàn)各檔摩擦片和鋼片、密封件、推力軸承損壞。我們更換了密封件大修包,各檔摩擦片和鋼片、止推軸承等68 件,組裝調(diào)試完畢,安裝到修井機上投入了修井使用
