5、ataresultsautomaticallyandintelligently.TheevaluationofCAEresultsstillneedmuchworktimeofexperiencedengineers.InfaceofthesechallengesfollowingtheintelligentandautomaticaldevelopmenttrendofinjectionCAEengineeringthispaperc

6、ombinestheArtificialIntelligencetechnologyandtheprocessanddesignknowledgeininjectionengineeringtodevelopanIntelligentDiagnosisandInterpretationSystemforCAENumericalSimulationofInjectionMoldingbasedondatabasetechnologyfoc

8、atatransferfromthegeneralCAEanalysissoftwareMoldFlowtotheOracledatabaseservermakingfulluseofOraclesstrongdatamanagementandqueryabilitytoorganizeandanalyzeCAEnumericaldata.Apracticalandefectiveinjectionpartdefectrepresent

9、ationmodelisestablishedinthispaperusingdifferentdatarepresentationwaysinOracleORDBMS.Thispaperalsodeeplyanalyzethecausesandefectsofinternalandexternalinjectionpartdefectsinthreeaspects:injectionmaterialinjectionprocessan
