1、本文以需求分析理論為依據(jù),采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方式,對西安外國語大學(xué)經(jīng)濟金融學(xué)院125名商務(wù)英語專業(yè)高年級學(xué)生和81家用人單位展開問卷調(diào)查,旨在研究學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)需求和就業(yè)需求、用人單位對商務(wù)英語人才的需求,以及該專業(yè)目前的商務(wù)英語課程設(shè)置能否滿足二者的需求。研究結(jié)果表明:
1.學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)需求包括
1)課程種類方面:他們希望學(xué)校提供更多的商務(wù)實踐和技能課程、中外文學(xué)和文化課程;
2)課時方面:希望適當(dāng)增加(商
2、務(wù))英語口語和聽力課程的課時、提前開設(shè)某些商務(wù)課程;
3)考核方式方面:多種方式結(jié)合,更加側(cè)重實際應(yīng)用能力的考查。
2.學(xué)生的就業(yè)需求包括
1)他們更傾向于畢業(yè)后從事管理、金融和外貿(mào)工作;
2)認(rèn)為專八證書、BEC證書、英語口筆譯證書對未來就業(yè)更有幫助;
3)希望有更多的實習(xí)機會如頂崗實習(xí)、參觀實習(xí)等。
3.用人單位的需求包括:
1)人才需求方面:對外貿(mào)、口筆譯和市場
3、營銷人員的需求更大;
2)就商務(wù)英語知識和技能重要性而言,對商務(wù)禮儀、商務(wù)溝通和國際貿(mào)易知識的重要性評價更高;
3)就商務(wù)英語能力而言,更加注重商務(wù)實踐能力、英語應(yīng)用能力和思辨創(chuàng)新能力;
4)認(rèn)為專四專八證書、BEC證書、口筆譯和計算機證書在實際工作中的幫助更大;
5)希望學(xué)校組織更多的校內(nèi)實訓(xùn),提高學(xué)生的實踐能力。
根據(jù)需求分析的調(diào)查結(jié)果,盡管有一些不足之處,該專業(yè)目前的課程設(shè)置能夠基
