1、Employee performance is supposed to be one of the most important factors affecting the overall organization performance and the success of the organization in the competitive market nowadays.Many researchers have analyze
2、d the relationship of job design and employee performance and concluded that there is a strong positive relationship between them.The purpose of this study is to highlight the influence of job design factors on employees
3、' performance at MTA Company.This may involve employees in their work and leads them towards higher performance.This study would be beneficial to MTA Company and any private aviation company in Madagascar,as this study w
4、ould provide the necessary information to identify job design factors and their influence on employees' performance.The five hypotheses formulated are based on major theoretical learning through previous researchers such
5、 as skill variety,task identity,task significant,autonomy and feedback.These main factors of job design influencing performance were supported by collecting data from 55 respondents working within the company.These data
6、were analyzed through descriptive statistic to evaluate the level of these factors among the employees.A sample size of 55 respondents was selected to partake in the study; 55 respondents each were selected from the MTA
7、Company.The study made use of both primary and secondary sources of data collection.The results of the study confirmed that job design tend to affect job performance significantly.The study also gives effective suggestio
