9、garages gradually decreases as having the status of temporary objects; they are going to be demolished, freeing large areas for future construction for other purposes: roads, factories, business centers, etc. Besides, ev
10、erywhere in St. Petersburg there is a infill development mainly residential buildings and public facilities, and most of them are not provided of parking space or the number does not match the actual number of car owners
