6、lier is to comply with:? Reg. 18(7)(b), which states that the supplier is to provide a compliant Bunker Delivery Note (BDN).? Reg. 18(7)(b), which states that the supplier is to provide a representative sample of the fue

7、l oil delivered. This sample is to be used solely for determination of compliance with Annex VI MARPOL 73/78 by port state authorities.? Reg. 18(6) which requires that the representative Annex VI sample should be taken i

8、n accordance with the Resolution MEPC.96(47) guidelines for the sampling of fuel oil. This states that the Annex VI sample should be obtained, using a specified type sampler, at the receiving ship’s inlet bunker manifol

9、d and should be drawn continuously throughout the bunker delivery period.? Reg. 18(6) which requires that the sample is to be sealed and signed by the supplier’s representative and the master or officer in charge of the
