4、 factors become a hot topic of current research. Based on the analysis of the current domestic and foreign scholars study, knowledge innovation, learning circle theory, organizational learning theory, the paper use syste

5、m dynamics graphs to analyzes the role of knowledge innovation mechanism of SME(including staff knowledge innovation, technology development and entire enterprise knowledge system double cycle effects), discovered that k

6、nowledge innovation makes SME internal staff, operational procedures, processes, etc produce a virtuous cycle of double effect ， under the action of the double-cycle makes routine errors be corrected,besides,business ope

7、ration processes, norms, goals be amended,then enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises continuously. Then the use of structural equation modeling approach,firstly,make eight assumptions in the organizati

8、onal environment, leadership, employee performance, information technology, government policies, business environment, market competition, cooperation. and establish an index system of SME Knowledge Innovation influencin

9、g factors,collect data by the way of questionnaire,and use of structural equation AMOS21.0 to operate the data,find that leadership, information technology, employee performance, industry environment, business competitio

10、n, enterprise cooperation have direct positive effect on SME knowledge innovation,especially,leadership and employee performance,enterprise environment and government policies have no significant impact on SME knowledge
