4、eacompromisepositiononanumberofissuesthatwerehotlydebated.Somedraftprovisionsthatwerecondemnedastooharshonemployershavenowbeensoftenedbutinanumberofimptantareasthereremainsalackofclarity.Thereisspeculationthatimplementin

8、ediligentinmonitingnewjoinersensuringthattheyhavesufficientevidencetojustifytermination.FixedtermcontractsTheprovisionsofthenewlawonfixedtermcontractsareslightlyunclearperhapsdeliberatelysogiventhatthiswasoneofthehottopi
