28、;p> 對(duì)每個(gè)大學(xué)生來說,及早規(guī)劃自己的職業(yè)生涯,對(duì)決定自己的職業(yè)生涯的主客觀因素進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)和測(cè)定,確定奮斗目標(biāo),才能在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的就業(yè)環(huán)境中處于不敗之地。針對(duì)這一社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,我們展開了關(guān)于大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的調(diào)查問卷。</p><p><b> 調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析:</b></p><p> 高校畢業(yè)生是人才市場(chǎng)上非常重要的人力資源,近年,隨著高校大規(guī)模的擴(kuò)招,在
29、校大學(xué)生人數(shù)急劇上升,畢業(yè)生人數(shù)也逐年增加,隨之而來的就是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題。而事實(shí)上,在畢業(yè)生和企業(yè)之間缺少有效的溝通渠道,企業(yè)的用人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、企業(yè)人才的選擇條件沒有在有效的時(shí)間的傳遞給大學(xué)生,大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)缺乏市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向。這使大學(xué)生就業(yè)時(shí)缺乏足夠信息,從而產(chǎn)生就業(yè)盲目性。</p><p><b> 調(diào)查目的:</b></p><p> 主要了解在校大學(xué)生就業(yè)期望,自身素質(zhì)
30、的評(píng)價(jià),學(xué)校就業(yè)指導(dǎo),對(duì)就業(yè)形勢(shì)的看法,旨在了解當(dāng)前的就業(yè)形勢(shì)對(duì)大學(xué)生的影響;通過對(duì)影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)因素的調(diào)查,更好地調(diào)節(jié)用人單位與畢業(yè)生之間的供需關(guān)系;為當(dāng)代大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的發(fā)展作一個(gè)新的描述;幫助大學(xué)生盡快認(rèn)識(shí)自我,學(xué)校為學(xué)生提供就業(yè)引導(dǎo),使學(xué)生能謀取理想職業(yè)。為同學(xué)們?cè)诮窈蟮那舐毦蜆I(yè)過程中提供參考。</p><p><b> 調(diào)查結(jié)論及建議:</b></p><
31、p> 一.大學(xué)生對(duì)就業(yè)前景的關(guān)注的比較少</p><p> 在調(diào)查中了解到,大學(xué)生對(duì)就業(yè)信息的關(guān)注還是比較少的,只有24%的同學(xué)表示一直在關(guān)注就業(yè)信息,而71%的同學(xué)只是偶爾關(guān)注,在看到時(shí)留意下。而對(duì)就業(yè)情景的關(guān)注程度,直接影響了對(duì)為所選職業(yè)所做的準(zhǔn)備程度和將來職業(yè)所帶來的成就高低。同學(xué)們大都表示對(duì)未來的工作有擔(dān)心,但在實(shí)際生活中卻缺少了這種基本的努力。典型的眼高手低表現(xiàn)。</p><
32、;p> 總結(jié)照成這方面的原因:1.因?yàn)閷W(xué)生現(xiàn)在仍在安逸,舒適的校園中生活,對(duì)激烈的社會(huì)生活沒有足夠的了解。在經(jīng)濟(jì)上仍依賴父母,忘卻了就業(yè)壓力帶來的緊張感,每天仍是如中學(xué)生活,上課、下課,對(duì)就業(yè)缺乏了準(zhǔn)確的了解和認(rèn)識(shí)。2.學(xué)校提供的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)不到位。同學(xué)們表示,雖然學(xué)校開設(shè)了就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課,但只是泛泛的講些大道理,缺少了實(shí)際的操作能力。</p><p> 二.大學(xué)生個(gè)人能力存在缺陷,自我認(rèn)識(shí)不足</p&g
33、t;<p> 自我認(rèn)識(shí)包括個(gè)人的興趣與特長、個(gè)人的性格與價(jià)值觀、個(gè)人所選定的目標(biāo)與需求、個(gè)人的情商、個(gè)人的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、個(gè)人的學(xué)歷與能力、個(gè)人的生理情況等個(gè)方面,是職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的重要內(nèi)容之一。</p><p> 通過對(duì)部分用人單位的了解,發(fā)現(xiàn)社會(huì)所需要的大學(xué)生應(yīng)具備的基本綜合素質(zhì)應(yīng)該包括思想健康和道德、自律、講誠信,善于協(xié)調(diào)、容易與他人合作的品格,以及具備過硬的專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)和基本的法律法規(guī)知識(shí)。&l
34、t;/p><p> 調(diào)查顯示,有60%的大學(xué)生認(rèn)為造成就業(yè)難的狀況,除了社會(huì)壓力大,企業(yè)用人少的因素外,主要問題還是在于自身的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的缺乏,缺少實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)是致命的因素。目前大學(xué)生的個(gè)人綜合素質(zhì)和能力缺失,突出表現(xiàn)為相對(duì)缺乏社會(huì)實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),缺乏解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的能力,缺乏艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)精神,在與人合作與溝通方面存在著障礙。在調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),有57%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為自我表達(dá)能力和人際交往關(guān)系是自己在求職過程中遇到的最大的難題。 <
35、/p><p> 職業(yè)生涯目標(biāo)是指可預(yù)想到的、有一定實(shí)現(xiàn)可能的目標(biāo)。而職業(yè)目標(biāo)的選擇并無定式可言,關(guān)鍵是要依據(jù)自我實(shí)際,這就要求我們要對(duì)自己有所了解。通過個(gè)人分析認(rèn)識(shí)自己,估計(jì)自己的能力,確認(rèn)自己的性格,發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的興趣,明確自己的優(yōu)勢(shì),衡量自己的差距,并以此來開發(fā)自己塑造自己,使自己的才能得到充分的發(fā)揮。然而調(diào)查表明,大部分大學(xué)生對(duì)自己的能力、興趣、職業(yè)傾向都缺乏深度了解,自然對(duì)職業(yè)生涯目標(biāo)是模糊的。</p&g
36、t;<p> 三.大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀念,職業(yè)期望狀況</p><p> 影響職業(yè)期望因素大致可分為三個(gè)方面,聲望地位穩(wěn)定性因素(地理位置與單位性質(zhì)、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素),內(nèi)在價(jià)值因素(是否能發(fā)揮自己的才能、自己的理想),外在價(jià)值因素(家庭的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、薪水和福利、)。在調(diào)查中,被調(diào)查者薪酬和福利、地理位置、單位性質(zhì)、自己的理想、家庭的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、父母的決定、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、是否能發(fā)揮自己的才能,按自身在選擇工作
37、時(shí)所起作用從大到小排序。其中在職業(yè)選擇中考慮的首要因素的選擇情況,薪酬和福利、地理位置、單位性質(zhì)和父母的決定為同學(xué)們所所首先考慮下的,接下來是自己的理想、是否能發(fā)揮自己的才能、家庭的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,男女生沒有顯著的差異。</p><p> 據(jù)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),以往的學(xué)生對(duì)自己就業(yè)后工作的要求,無論是單位性質(zhì)反面還是薪資方面,要求都比較高,但現(xiàn)在的就業(yè)形勢(shì)似乎不允許初出茅廬的學(xué)生有挑工作的機(jī)會(huì)了,大學(xué)生們的要求也
