5、ystem, cooling system and testing system. The heating system is developed with the fin model of heat transfer and controlled the temperature of the simulate processor,which was tested the heat

6、pipe if it can be dissipated the set temperature of the simulate processor less than the specification in the limited time. Visual Basic6.0 as operation system and established an integrated me

7、asuring method of the heat transfer performance of heat pipe. The measurable capability of the whole measuring system is verified by average and range method and ANOVA method base on the relat

8、ed requirements of QS9000 or ISO/TS16949 system for measuring system. Finally, a test example was detailed illustrated the operating method of the measuring system. The test result also verified
