1、四川大學(xué)錦江學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))I反向齒輪箱體夾具設(shè)計(jì) 反向齒輪箱體夾具設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化學(xué)生: 指導(dǎo)教師:【摘要 摘要】 反向齒輪箱在電機(jī)中應(yīng)用很廣泛,在風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組當(dāng)中就經(jīng)常用到,而且是一個(gè)重要的機(jī)械部件。反向齒輪箱體構(gòu)成的減速器是原動(dòng)機(jī)和工作機(jī)之間的獨(dú)立的閉式傳動(dòng)裝置,用來(lái)降低轉(zhuǎn)速和增大轉(zhuǎn)矩,以滿(mǎn)足工作需要,在某些場(chǎng)合也用來(lái)增速,稱(chēng)為增速器。減速器主要由傳動(dòng)零件(齒輪或蝸桿)、軸、軸承、箱體 及其附件所組成。箱體是減速器的

2、重要組成部件。它是傳動(dòng)零件的基座,應(yīng)具有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度。本文介紹了箱體夾具的計(jì)算設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。文章首先介紹了反向齒輪箱的定義和發(fā)展情況,然后單獨(dú)介紹了夾具的意義和設(shè)計(jì)注意事項(xiàng)。 然后根據(jù)本課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容, 設(shè)計(jì)箱體的加工工藝規(guī)程和注意事項(xiàng),最后根據(jù)夾具的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則設(shè)計(jì) 3 號(hào)夾具,計(jì)算出定位誤差,加緊力等確定 本夾具的加緊裝置,完成夾具設(shè)計(jì)。然后畫(huà)出夾具圖和箱體裝配零件圖,完成設(shè)計(jì)?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】 反向齒輪 箱體 夾具設(shè)計(jì)Reverse gea
