3、ges have great significance in the briquetting process optimize compression technology, improve briquetting equipment and the quality of briquetting products. In this paper,9YK-0.4D ring mode briquetting machine as the r
4、esearch object, create ADAMS model and straw flexible body model, study kinematics and dynamics of straw briquetting process by ADAMS and ANSYS co-simulation at different speed. Get the relationship between the movement
5、of the straw and force changes with ring mold speed. Simulate the contact model using ANSYS finite element numerical, draw the straw in the mold hole, the stress-strain and friction variation. Through the theoretical ana
6、lysis and simulation study, the following conclusions: (1) Analyze the influencing factors of the briquetting and briquetting process theory, Get the law of straw briquetting process on different factors. Get two necessa
7、ry conditions of the compression molding of straw in the different stages. (2) Analyze displacement, velocity, acceleration and the node force variation of straw at different speed, can draw the variation relationship of
8、 the straw which the roller applying a force to in the feed zone, compaction zone and crush zone. (3) Study briquetting process using numerical simulation, Get the straw displacement deformation strain, equivalent stress
9、 and friction increase exponentially as the straw feed, straw displacement deformation, equivalent stress strain and friction is maintained at a certain level within the range when the straw through the tapered region.
