2、al of the Age of New Economy which featured by that the science and technology becomes the primary productive force, conventional commercial modes are undergoing radical changes。In many trades, the homogeneity of produ

3、cts makes it difficult for enterprises to gain predominance by market segment based on the differences of its products. At the same time, customers’ expectation is rapidly changing and becomes higher for quality, indi

4、viduation and value. Under the circumstances mentioned above, CRM becomes an important factor to the success of an enterprise. CRM is a new mechanism of management that helps to improve the relationship between the ent

5、erprise and customers. Establishing and maintaining the relationship with customers by taking advantage of CRM is a primary means by which an enterprise can gain its strength. CRM is a kind of management concept; it’s al

6、so software and technology. Taking a practical CRM project of a medium-sized enterprise in East China as starting point, this paper firstly briefs the information about the project and analyzes its characteristics, then

7、it focuses on the research and discussion on the design and realization of the CRM. The following lists the main contents of the paper: (1) It introduces the concept, principles, components and status quo of the CRM syst

8、em. (2) To analyzes the involved technologies of the CRM system. Firstly it makes an analysis and a comparison for available enterprise application platforms based on which the final decision is made, then it briefs the

9、concerned important technologies in the Microsoft .NET platform. Secondly, it discusses the analytical technologies of data in the CRM system. (3) Based on the BPR of the Enterprise and, the CRM system is divided into s

10、everal subsystems, which includes some functional modules. It makes an in-depth study about the realization of the N-tier architecture in the .NET platform, which includes the application of MVC design pattern at the to

11、p level, the further subdivision or betterment of the data-access tier, business-logic tier and user-interface tier. (4) It discusses the analytical theory of customer value, which is the core of customer value managem

12、ent, and the relative application of data-mining technology. (5) At the last part of the paper, it discusses the access authorization of the system based on the CRM project. In this part, it proposed a page authorizatio
