3、powersourceusesthedigitaladjustmenttheoutputprecisionishigh.Italsohasshtovercurrentprotectionalarmwhichissuitableespeciallyineachkindsituationofthehighaccuracyrequest.Thisdesignintellectualizationdirectcurrentpowersupply
4、usestheselfrestraintkeyboardentry.Thesinglechipmicrocomputerreceivesvoltagevalueinfmationofkeyboardinputcariesonprocessing.KeywdsSinglechipmicrocomputerDigitalcontrolDirectCurrentSourceI.INTRODUCTIONDCstabilizedpowersupp

6、ocontrollowreliabilityhighinterferencelowaccuracylargesizehighcomplexity.Suchpowersuppliesaredesignedwithdifferentkinds.Buttheyallhavethefollowingproblems:theoutputvoltageisadjustedthroughroughturning(bswitch)fineturning
7、(potentiometer).Thismeansthatitistoohardfoutputvoltagetoaccuratelyoutputchangewithinasmallrange(fexample1.02~1?03V)meoverthepocontactfromthebswitchespotentiometersmaycauseagreatinfluenceonoutputovertimewhenoverloadoccurs
8、thecurrentlimitingprotectionwillbeimplementedthroughhardwarethecircuitsarecomplexlyarrangeditsvoltageregulationprecisionislow.ThisarticlewilloverviewanewkindofeasydesignedintelligentDCpowersupplywiththeceofsinglechip.Its
9、intelligencedesignhighprecisioncaneliminatethedisadvantagesdescribedabove.Soitisvaluabletopracticaluse.II.SYSTEMHARDWAREDESIGNA.SystemArchitectureThissystemconsidersAT89S51singlechipasitscecontroller[1].Itallowsvoltagepr

17、processingsubprogramtodecidewhetheranybuttonshavebeenpressed.Ifyesthesystemwillcalldisplayprocessingprogramtodisplaypresetvoltageondigitron.AftertheDAconversionsignalscontrolledbysinglechipwillbedetectedtoseewhetheritiss
18、htcircuit.Ifyestheinterruptprotectionwillbeactivated.Otherwiseitwillimplementvoltageregulationoutput.Themasterprogramisshowninfigure6.B.OverCurrentProtectionProgramSignalscomingfromdigitaltoanalogconversioncircuitwillsen
