18、ng Civil Aviation Aircraft,1、必須有出口國(guó)的適航證件。 There must be one of airworthiness certificates issued by exporting country.2、如果有雙邊適航協(xié)定，則審定比較簡(jiǎn)單。 If there is a bilateral airworthiness agreement, airworthiness certificat

19、ion would be simplified.,3、如果沒(méi)有雙邊適航協(xié)定，則直接向民航總局申請(qǐng)。民航總局根據(jù)具體情況處理。 If without a bilateral airworthiness agreement, you should directly apply to CAAC. CAAC will deal with it according to the specific conditions.4、盡管

20、有雙邊適航協(xié)定，民航總局保留直接對(duì)出口產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商的某些項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行審定的權(quán)利。 Although there is a bilateral airworthiness agreement, CAAC will still retain its rights to conduct a certification directly on certain items of the manufacturers who will expor
