1、紋枯病和赤霉病是小麥上兩種重要的病害,嚴(yán)重威脅小麥安全產(chǎn)生。本文建立根據(jù)病菌中特異的微衛(wèi)星片段序列設(shè)計(jì)高敏感性PCR引物,快速診斷這兩種病害。同時(shí),本文測定了89株禾谷絲核病菌對不同殺菌劑的敏感性。結(jié)果表明:所有測試菌株對撲海因、苯醚甲環(huán)唑、咯菌腈都表現(xiàn)敏感,ECso平均值分別為0.42,0.062,0.033μg/ml。為了評價(jià)殺菌劑的抗性風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下進(jìn)行人工誘導(dǎo)抗藥突變體,結(jié)果沒有獲得對苯醚甲環(huán)唑或多菌靈抗性的突變體,但得到
