1、<p><b>  摘要</b></p><p>  拖式混凝土泵大量運(yùn)用于城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)、路橋建設(shè)、水利水電、隧道建設(shè)等施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。隨著在工程中應(yīng)用的越來(lái)越廣,對(duì)其控制的精度、穩(wěn)定性和工作效率等提出了更高的要求。</p><p>  為了解決上述控制方面的問(wèn)題,本課題對(duì)其液壓控制部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。為了滿(mǎn)足控制的穩(wěn)定性,將液壓系統(tǒng)主要分為了兩個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的部分,分別控制

2、主泵送和S管的擺動(dòng),另外還對(duì)其攪拌回路進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。這三個(gè)系統(tǒng)再加上其他輔助系統(tǒng)就形成了混凝土拖泵HBT40C-1008D的液壓系統(tǒng)。</p><p>  機(jī)械部分主要對(duì)泵送系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析,在我的設(shè)計(jì)中主要設(shè)計(jì)的是泵送油缸,在設(shè)計(jì)泵送油缸之前,先對(duì)整個(gè)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行工況分析,編制負(fù)載圖,選定系統(tǒng)的工作壓力,然后根據(jù)使用要求選擇結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型,按負(fù)載情況、運(yùn)動(dòng)要求、最大行程等確定其主要工作尺寸,進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定性和緩沖驗(yàn)算,
