35、實(shí)例。但是在設(shè)計中也出現(xiàn)了一些不合理的現(xiàn)象和問題?,F(xiàn)淺析一下這些問題,希望對大家設(shè)計幕墻時有所幫助和啟發(fā)。</p><p><b> 設(shè)計情況</b></p><p> 點(diǎn)支式玻璃幕墻技術(shù)國內(nèi)很多企業(yè)已經(jīng)掌握,但對于點(diǎn)支式幕墻隨之產(chǎn)生的其它技術(shù)和相關(guān)領(lǐng)域,還沒有研究或者說還沒有深入研究。通常點(diǎn)支式玻璃幕墻體系采用的都是大面積的透明玻璃,只有透明才能體現(xiàn)建筑物的開放
36、,從而使室內(nèi)和室外的景觀完成溝通和交流。人們在室內(nèi)可以真切的看藍(lán)天、白云,真切的感受大自然的變化,人們可以毫無遮擋的享受陽光。回歸自然是人們對舒適的重新理解。然而普通透明玻璃的透光率最大,帶來的太陽輻射熱很多。也就是說,采用這種體系的建筑必須采用相關(guān)的技術(shù)手段進(jìn)行遮陽。而現(xiàn)階段的很多點(diǎn)支式玻璃幕墻的設(shè)計,沒有考慮遮陽這塊內(nèi)容。工程完工投入使用后,才發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)太陽直射的時候,太陽光帶來的太陽輻射熱很大,室內(nèi)非常的熱。再去補(bǔ)加遮陽措施,也會非
37、常麻煩。所以在做點(diǎn)支式幕墻方案設(shè)計時,要預(yù)先考慮其相關(guān)配套的遮陽方案,更重要的是,遮陽體系存在著和點(diǎn)支式幕墻體系互相協(xié)調(diào)、配套的問題。點(diǎn)支式幕墻完工后再去補(bǔ)加遮陽體系,會產(chǎn)生和原結(jié)構(gòu)的不協(xié)調(diào),不配套問題。</p><p> 點(diǎn)支式幕墻的遮陽系統(tǒng)最常用的是電動垂卷式遮陽簾,這種遮陽系統(tǒng),與點(diǎn)支式幕墻的設(shè)計結(jié)合在一起,其電動機(jī)構(gòu)性能穩(wěn)定,體積小,簾幕全部收回時,完全隱藏,幾乎感覺不到它的存在。這種電動機(jī)構(gòu)具有自動調(diào)
38、平功能,特別適用于大面積整體聯(lián)動遮陽系統(tǒng),這種功能保證了同一水平線上的每個簾幕每次收回時自動對齊,以使每次下落時各簾幕之間的整齊聯(lián)動。其簾幕也是一種高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品,由織物經(jīng)過特殊處理,耐候且避免積灰,即使簾幕完全下落,也不會完全遮擋視線,通過它的微孔人們可以朦朧地感受室外的景色。</p><p> 這種遮陽體系,與傳統(tǒng)的遮陽體系和窗簾有著本質(zhì)上的區(qū)別。實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能的目的,主要靠它的智能控制系統(tǒng),這種智能化控制系統(tǒng)是一套
39、較為復(fù)雜的工程,在需要陽光的時候收起遮陽,使在建筑內(nèi)部的人能夠享受陽光。根據(jù)法國Eletric de france 對此類建筑的研究,對一座具有32%直接受光面的建筑物,從太陽所獲得的熱量,占其所吸收各種熱量總和的28%左右。而采用遮陽裝置對于緩解太陽負(fù)荷十分有效。簡單地說,內(nèi)遮陽系統(tǒng)可減少這種熱負(fù)荷的50%左右,而外遮陽系統(tǒng)可減少這種熱負(fù)荷的75%左右,可以看出外遮陽比內(nèi)遮陽有效的多。這是由于內(nèi)遮陽在玻璃窗內(nèi)所引起溫室效應(yīng),不可避免的
40、使室內(nèi)熱量積聚,而外遮陽則不受這種效應(yīng)的制約。因而,歐洲建筑界,已經(jīng)把外遮陽系統(tǒng)作為一種活躍的立面元素加以利用,甚至稱之為雙層立面形式。一層是建筑物本身的立面,另一層則是動態(tài)的遮陽狀態(tài)的立面形式。這是現(xiàn)代技術(shù)解決人類對建筑節(jié)能和享受自然需求而產(chǎn)生的一種新的現(xiàn)代建筑形態(tài)。</p><p><b> 選用適用材料</b></p><p> 點(diǎn)支式幕墻的主要配件,駁接爪
41、,駁接螺栓,現(xiàn)主要選用不銹鋼材質(zhì),但現(xiàn)階段對不銹鋼的選用比較混亂,很多工程設(shè)計沒有明確不銹鋼的型號,選用了不適當(dāng)?shù)牟讳P鋼,導(dǎo)致很多工程出現(xiàn)了不銹鋼的生銹現(xiàn)象。不銹鋼的家族有二百多個品種,不是都可以用來做點(diǎn)支式幕墻配件,點(diǎn)支式幕墻配件是裸露在外面的,對抗腐蝕的要求比較高。</p><p> 我們認(rèn)為,選用不銹鋼時,最適合的品種應(yīng)選用含鉻18%、含鎳8%的不銹鋼。所有的金屬與空氣發(fā)生氧化作用時,在其表面會形成一層氧
42、化膜。在普通鋼上形成的氧化物會繼續(xù)氧化形成生銹的表面。但是由于不銹鋼中含有至少11%的鉻,因此氧化層的性質(zhì)發(fā)生了改變,可阻止進(jìn)一步的氧化,并且如果氧化膜偶然被去掉,新的氧化膜又會形成,繼續(xù)起保護(hù)作用。通常選用的是奧氏體型不銹鋼304和316,其典型化學(xué)成分如下:</p><p><b> 牌號</b></p><p> 304L 18% Cr 10.0%Ni 0.
43、03%C304 18% Cr 10.0% Ni 0.06%C316L 17%Cr 12.0% Ni 0.03%C 2.5Mo316 17%Cr 12.0% Ni 0.06%C 2.5Mo</p><p> 304不銹鋼的應(yīng)用歷史已超過60年。其優(yōu)良的抗腐蝕性能得到了人們的認(rèn)可。但近年來,隨著大氣污染的不斷加劇,暴露在室外的304不銹鋼表面上會出現(xiàn)輕微生銹,特別是在中等程度以上污染的城市,這種情況會更嚴(yán)重。
44、近年來,對于暴露在室外的不銹鋼,更多的選用316不銹鋼。316不銹鋼含鉻18%,含鎳12% ,又加入了鉬元素。其抗腐蝕能力有了很大的提高,用在室外,可抵擋大氣氯化物的腐蝕。特別在距海岸線比較近的地區(qū),不銹鋼配件會受到鹽霧的影響,316不銹鋼的防腐性能會更突出。而304不銹鋼一般選擇用在室內(nèi),室內(nèi)環(huán)境干燥,污染小,304不銹鋼完全可以滿足要求。在一些沒有工業(yè)污染不受海洋大氣影響的市郊、鄉(xiāng)村,也可以選用304不銹鋼。</p>
45、<p> 另外,還有一種少見的情況是惡劣的重工業(yè)污染與海洋氣候相結(jié)合的地區(qū),316不銹鋼也會出現(xiàn)生銹現(xiàn)象。因此,要選用氟碳樹脂(PCF2)涂層的不銹鋼才能避免生銹現(xiàn)象。氟碳樹脂涂層有優(yōu)異的耐候性能,有透明及多種顏色,可抵擋惡劣環(huán)境的腐蝕。為保證氟碳樹脂良好的黏附力,不銹鋼配件表面在涂覆樹脂前應(yīng)先通過噴丸處理。</p><p> 所以,在設(shè)計點(diǎn)支式幕墻時,設(shè)計師需把握工程所在地不同的環(huán)境,選用適當(dāng)?shù)牟?/p>
46、銹鋼,才能避免生銹現(xiàn)象。</p><p><b> 玻璃肋支缺點(diǎn)</b></p><p> 玻璃肋支承的點(diǎn)支式幕墻克服了傳統(tǒng)的全玻璃幕墻的一些缺點(diǎn),近年來應(yīng)用越來越多。傳統(tǒng)的全玻璃幕墻,當(dāng)高度超過6m時,已無法選用鋼化玻璃。因為國內(nèi)目前的鋼化爐最長可以鋼化6m長的玻璃,高度超過6m的全玻璃幕墻,只能選用非鋼化玻璃。非鋼化玻璃破碎后會傷人,而且強(qiáng)度比較低。鋼化玻璃強(qiáng)
47、度是非鋼化玻璃的3~5倍,所以,要選用比較厚的玻璃才能滿足強(qiáng)度。超長的厚玻璃價格比較貴,安裝也比較復(fù)雜,那么,玻璃肋支承的點(diǎn)支式幕墻克服了上述缺點(diǎn)。大肋支承玻璃是把玻璃分為比較小的板塊,用較薄的鋼化玻璃,可滿足強(qiáng)度,價格便宜,強(qiáng)度高,破碎后不會傷人。玻璃肋一般都用不銹板連接起來。在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計師一般都會選擇多個螺栓固定玻璃肋和不銹鋼板。玻璃是脆性材料,多孔固定,不能提高玻璃的承載能力。因為在試驗中發(fā)現(xiàn),我們無法做到,每個孔的受力都
