2、特點(diǎn)1.1面向21世紀(jì)的技術(shù) 先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)是制造技術(shù)的最新發(fā)展階段,是由傳統(tǒng)的制造技術(shù)發(fā)展起來的,既保持了過去制造技術(shù)中的有效要素,又要不斷吸收各種高新技術(shù)成果,并滲透到產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的所有領(lǐng)域及其全部過程。先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)與現(xiàn)代高新技術(shù)相結(jié)合而產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)完整的技術(shù)群,它是具有明確范疇的新的技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,是面向21世紀(jì)的技術(shù)。1.2 是面向工業(yè)應(yīng)用的技術(shù) 先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)并不限于制造過程本身,它涉及到產(chǎn)品從市場調(diào)研、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及工藝設(shè)計(jì)、生

7、 中國機(jī)械制造業(yè)經(jīng)過幾十年的努力已經(jīng)具有相當(dāng)?shù)囊?guī)模,積累了大量的技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但是隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的形成,由于中國潛在的巨大市場和豐富的勞動(dòng)力資源,國外的技術(shù)、資金、產(chǎn)品大量涌入中國,中國企業(yè)面臨前所未有的國內(nèi)外激烈的競爭局面。競爭要求企業(yè)產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代快、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高、價(jià)格低、交貨及時(shí)、服務(wù)好。這些市場競爭的武器與企業(yè)管理的模式、管理方法、管理手段、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)流程密切相關(guān)。然而中國企業(yè)及人們的思想意識(shí)由于受到30-
