86、感器調(diào)整為水平狀態(tài),再操作定位儀進(jìn)入定位調(diào)整操作。調(diào)整程序會先顯示車輛后軸個參數(shù)的測量值,如果車輛后軸參數(shù)是可調(diào)的(多數(shù)車輛的后軸定位參數(shù)是不能調(diào)整的),則可參照屏幕上顯示的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,屏幕顯示的數(shù)據(jù)會隨時顯示當(dāng)前調(diào)整后的參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。后軸定位參數(shù)調(diào)整完后,按F3可進(jìn)入前軸調(diào)整步驟。前軸外傾角的調(diào)整按照車輛底盤的結(jié)構(gòu)可分為兩種,一種是需要舉升前軸使前軸車輪懸空才能調(diào)整外傾角;另一種是不需要舉升前軸就可調(diào)整外傾角。 </p>

87、<p>  對于需要舉升前軸調(diào)整外傾角的車輛,其定位調(diào)整的步驟如下: </p><p>  1)按F3鍵直到屏幕上出現(xiàn)前軸調(diào)整畫面。此時屏幕上同時顯示出前軸的五個定位參數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)值,他們分別是:左、右輪外傾角,左、右輪前束,前輪總前束。然后按F7鍵,屏幕上出現(xiàn)提示語句,提示您此時可以用二次舉升器將車輛的前軸舉起。在您用二次舉升將車輛前軸舉起后,再按F3鍵前進(jìn),此時屏幕顯示左右輪外傾角的數(shù)據(jù)?,F(xiàn)在就可以按照

88、屏幕顯示的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行外傾角的調(diào)整了。 </p><p>  2)調(diào)整完左、右輪的外傾角后,按F3鍵前進(jìn),則屏幕上出現(xiàn)“現(xiàn)在可以將二次舉升放下”的提示,此時可以放下二次舉升,當(dāng)車輛前輪在舉升機(jī)平臺上落穩(wěn)之后,拽住車輛前軸的懸架部分,下拉幾次,以使車輛前軸的懸掛復(fù)位。車輛放好之后,再按F3鍵,此時屏幕顯示又重新回到前軸調(diào)整畫面。 </p><p>  3)現(xiàn)在可以在前軸調(diào)整畫面下,按照顯示的左、

89、右輪前束值調(diào)整左右輪前束。當(dāng)左右輪前束和總前束都調(diào)整好后,按F4鍵結(jié)束定位調(diào)整過程。 </p><p>  4)對于不需要舉升前軸調(diào)整外傾角的車輛,則可在前軸調(diào)整畫面下,按照先調(diào)外傾角,再調(diào)前束的順序,參照屏幕上實(shí)時顯示的各參數(shù)值,分別調(diào)整左右外傾角、左右前束值。調(diào)整好之后,按F4結(jié)束定位調(diào)整過程。 </p><p>  調(diào)整后檢測:將舉升機(jī)降回到調(diào)整前測量時的高度,將舉升機(jī)鎖止在水平安全

90、位置。進(jìn)入調(diào)整后測量步驟,此時屏幕上顯示出當(dāng)前的兩前輪的單獨(dú)前束值。按F3前進(jìn),其余步驟與調(diào)整前檢測的步驟相同。 </p><p>  如果在此步驟中顯示的兩前輪的單獨(dú)前束值與定位調(diào)整過程中調(diào)整好的前束值有較大差別,原因可能是因為在調(diào)整結(jié)束后,將車輛落下來的過程中,方向盤位置發(fā)生了改變,導(dǎo)致兩前輪的位置改變。因此每個車輪的單獨(dú)前束值會與定位調(diào)整時的值不同,但前輪總前束不會改變。但由于進(jìn)入調(diào)整后檢測時所顯示的前輪單

91、獨(dú)前束值會被記錄,并在最后的測量結(jié)果中顯示出來,從而使得調(diào)整結(jié)果報告中的前輪單獨(dú)前束值有可能為不合格。而實(shí)際情況是前輪總前束是合格的,只是因為方向盤沒有對中而導(dǎo)致單獨(dú)前束值處在允許范圍之外。為防止這種情況出現(xiàn),在調(diào)整后測量步驟中,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)所顯示的每個車輪的單獨(dú)前束值與定位調(diào)整時的值有較大不同時,按F3前進(jìn),直到屏幕上出現(xiàn)對中方向盤的圖示后,依圖示對中方向盤。然后按F4鍵退出調(diào)整后檢測步驟,再重新進(jìn)入調(diào)整后檢測步驟。此時因為有了前一步的方

92、向盤對中,所以屏幕上顯示的應(yīng)為方向盤對中情況下的前束值,正是我們所需要的值。如果這時候的前束值在允許范圍之內(nèi),則表明定位調(diào)整合格,如果此時前束值仍不合格,則表明上一步的定位調(diào)整沒有做好,還需要再回到定位調(diào)整步驟中再進(jìn)行一遍調(diào)整。 </p><p>  最后所顯示的測量調(diào)整結(jié)果報表給出了調(diào)整前測量值,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值以及調(diào)整后測量值,以調(diào)整后測量值為最終結(jié)果。因此,如果在調(diào)整后測量值中,存在可以調(diào)整的參數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)不合格,則還需

93、要返回到定位調(diào)整步驟重新進(jìn)行調(diào)整。將光標(biāo)移動到測量調(diào)整結(jié)果報表中的打印機(jī)圖標(biāo)位置,然后按回車鍵確認(rèn),就可打印出完整的測量調(diào)整結(jié)果報表。經(jīng)過打印,測量結(jié)果就被保存下來,以便日后可以調(diào)檔查詢。如果不打印,則測量結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)就會丟失。如果希望保存測量數(shù)據(jù),而有不想打印,則可在打印之前關(guān)閉打印機(jī),再進(jìn)行打印操作。系統(tǒng)會自動生成打印文檔,然后調(diào)打印機(jī),如果系統(tǒng)發(fā)現(xiàn)打印機(jī)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài),屏幕上會出現(xiàn)錯誤提示,不用擔(dān)心,此時測量結(jié)果已經(jīng)被保存下來。<
