4、tories are consumed in China annually owing to the rapid development of the metallurgical industry,from which more than 4 million tons of used refract ories are inevitably generated.Most of used refractories are obsolesc

5、ence, and only aminority is recycled as rawmaterials for refractory products. Discard of used refracto ries not only is lavish the natural resources but also is harmful to the environment Pollution of used refractories i

6、nclude following as pects of:</p><p>  2 Circum stances for used refractories in China</p><p>  Baosteel pays great attention to reuse and reproduction of used refractories. Combine reuse and re

7、production of used refractories with cutting down cost and increasing benefit, protecting environment and advancing enter prise level. Accelerate research and development on used refractories. The research results are re

8、ported as follows: </p><p>  Used MgO-C bricks for BOF and LF lining are selected to remove sundries such as dirt, slag and iron scraps, which decrease seriously the quality of reproduced refractories. Prope

12、gnesia2 chrome brick was added into gunning mix for RH, and achieved favorable service result. Reproducing magne-sia- chrome brick is researched recently. Experimental result is shown in table 2. We have studied on AMC b

13、rick and ASC castable with AMC brick used for ladle and ASC castable used for iron runner system.</p><p>  3 Prospect</p><p>  Used refractories can reduce the cost of raw material for refractor

14、ies and metallurgy auxiliary material. The reuse ratio on of used refractories is very low in Bao steel at present; but R&D has been carried out. Pattern of reuse and repoducing on used refractories is diversificatio

15、n, i. e. consumer uses directly, refractories plant reclaimes, building professional plant reclaiming used refractories and they unite. The key t o success is developing and researching high technology on reuse and re<

16、;/p><p>  用后耐火材料的再生利用</p><p>  綜述了國內(nèi)外對用后耐火材料的再利用情況和發(fā)展趨勢,報導(dǎo)了寶鋼對用后鎂碳磚、鋁鎂碳磚、鐵溝料和鎂鉻磚等的再利用研究成果。再生耐火材料的性能接近或達到新產(chǎn)品的水平,甚至有些能達到優(yōu)質(zhì)耐火材料的水平。扼要介紹了用后耐火材料再生利用的設(shè)想。</p><p><b>  1 簡介</b>&l

17、t;/p><p>  大約九百萬噸的耐火材料消耗在中國每年快速發(fā)展的冶金行業(yè),而不可避免的產(chǎn)生大約四百萬噸的廢舊耐火材料,而只有一少部分是作為耐火材料的原材料循環(huán)利用的。用后耐火材料的摒棄不僅是國家自然資源的巨大浪費,而且也是對環(huán)境的污染,不能用的耐火材料危害包括以下的幾種:1)垃圾;2)產(chǎn)生的二氧化硅粉塵引起塵肺?。?)產(chǎn)生放射性的氧化鋯原料;4)產(chǎn)生毒害性的鉻離子;5)耐火纖維制品、石棉致癌性物質(zhì);6)從已分解的

18、瀝青樹脂產(chǎn)生揮發(fā)性和熱能的污染。用后的耐火材料能被加工成原材料,或者制成新的耐火資源,這樣不但能節(jié)約能源、礦產(chǎn)資源和降低環(huán)境污染,而且節(jié)約耐火材料和煉鋼的成本,這是鎂鈣系耐火材料循環(huán)使用的重要原因。</p><p>  2 用后耐火材料在中國的現(xiàn)狀</p><p>  寶鋼注重用后耐火材料的循環(huán)再生利用,他們使用用后的耐火材料,這樣可以降低成本、提高效益、保護環(huán)境和推進事業(yè)水平。因此必

19、須加快研發(fā)用后耐火材料的生產(chǎn)技術(shù),研究的結(jié)果如下:</p><p>  使用MgO-C磚時必須清除BOF和LF爐內(nèi)的夾雜物,如灰塵、夾渣、鋼鐵殘渣,因為這些物質(zhì)會大大降低鎂鈣系耐火材料的質(zhì)量。MgO-C磚的再生性能如表1。</p><p>  表1 寶鋼研發(fā)的再生MgO-C磚的性能</p><p>  使用再生的鎂碳磚的三百噸的鋼包渣線的壽命從二十爐延長到八十二爐

20、,原來的乍現(xiàn)的損耗速度的是1.40mm每熱量,二用再生的鎂碳磚的損耗速度是1.28mm每熱量,因此再生鎂碳磚的達到了原來的性能。</p><p>  表2 再生鎂鉻磚的性能</p><p>  寶鋼研制的用鎂鉻生產(chǎn)RH磚已經(jīng)超過十年,RH磚中混合摻入20%的鎂鉻磚,并且取得了良好的效果,再生鎂鉻磚的研究也是最近的研究方向,實驗結(jié)果顯示在表2,我們已經(jīng)研究了AMC磚和ASC可鑄澆注料,并且

21、AMC磚用在了鋼包,ASC磚用在了鋼包澆注系統(tǒng)。</p><p><b>  前景</b></p><p>  用后耐火材料的再利用可以降低原材料的成本和降低冶金工業(yè)耐火材料的輔助材料。目前寶鋼的用后耐火材料的再利用率還很低,但在研發(fā)如何提高利用率,用后耐火材料的循環(huán)利用是多樣化的,廠家可以直接用廢舊的耐火材料生產(chǎn)新的產(chǎn)品,建筑工程也可以用廢舊的耐火材料,而成功的關(guān)鍵
